5 I need a price on an remote t-stat

The Pellet Stove shroud came damaged and upon my request for a new shroud I could only be offered an extended warranty since it was the trucking companies fault. Its just a shame you order a 3k stove, its delivered damaged, and there was not even the slightest consideration of replacement. I know, i know; check the boxes for damage prior to acceptance. But when my father recieves the pallet for me and didnt open the all the boxes to ensure no damage it turns into our fault. The door of the stove was hanging off of the hinges as well once opened. Just poor shipment. Again, not comfortbilts fault, but they do own the agreements with the trucking company. Overall, though Stove blows some awesome heat and can rip through some pellets. Im recommending the stove to others. Just caution to take your time to open the all boxes prior to acceptance.

I bought a fireplace insert which proved to be a tougher install. Had to work through figuring the computer control unit. We love the unit, just a warning to people its not any easy DIY project. But again, we love the results! We had a shipping damage piece, but the customer rep was great and shipped out a new piece within an hour. great company.

I had a problem with a thermo switch which was diagnosed over the phone. And the gentleman sent me the part I needed and he was right. It was exactly that and no charge for the part very easy to put in. It was a fantastic experience I would buy another one in a heartbeat

I actually received a replacement baffle for my pellet stove that was still under warranty. It was a little difficult replacing that myself as I tried to read instructions on how to do that diy and the instructions didn’t include that I would have to remove the bricks also to get that in and out of there. Fortunately even though it was close to closing time and the weekend I was able to contact someone by phone and get further instructions as well as a recommendation to follow your Facebook page where I would be able to get any further questions answered over the holiday weekend as many of the technicians or others familiar with the stoves respond to peoples inquiries that way. I was not previously aware you had a Facebook. Though I successfully uninstalled and installed the new baffle, I may need to follow comfortbuilt on Facebook for future reference. Also, though, my pull knob that is used to clean the ash above the baffle has been stuck for a couple of years. I got advice over the phone on ways to possibly free that up while changing out the baffle but was unable to free it. It’s quite difficult to vacuum the ash from above the baffle without that working but fortunately when I do a deep clean each season I’m able to get it well enough for the stove to function still. I believe the new baffle does make my pellets last longer. I’m very thankful for that because prices for pellets are going up outrageously.

Igniter sucks. Only lasts a few months. It's a good thing I always buy extra. I wish you would solve the problem so they last longer. Pellet stove alone is expensive to keep running. I'm regretting buying it now.

We had a different brand than Comfortbilt our first pellet stove that lasted 21 years and when we decided to replace it we purchased a Comfortbilt red in color. Have had it for alittle while and couldn't be happier. It heats our house of 1800 sq.ft.

Just put new auger bearings in a stove that wasn't a year old, month later new bearings already moaning. Can't recommend this stove sorry.

Ordered a new exhaust fan motor. Was sent a 220v motor when it should have been a 110v

Great! bought a new fire pot and it developed a crack within the first month of minimal use. Contacted Comfortbilt and they sent one out free of charge right a way! Great service, and I love the stove!

Gordon is whom I dealt with and Gordon needs a new job. He was the RUDEST person I've have the displeasure of speaking with so far this year. He was about as helpful as a pebble. He was unwilling to answer my questions regarding my stoves warranty, which, according to his talking over me, nothing is covered because Gordon says so. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or if it's because Gordon is simply NOT the customer service type, but this certainly made up my mind to never buy a Comfort-Bilt stove again.

I purchased a hp22n pellet stove and have had it for 4 years and have had to replace quite a few parts but have had a great experience with comfortbilt on getting the parts I need to keep my stove going
