Bought the stove and the room blower was bound up, not working. It was a weekend so I left a message. I was e-mailed back and another e-mail the next monday saying a new blower would be shipped out. Received it a few days later and installed it. Working perfectly now. Fast response and quality product. I was never asked to review the stove but it is a great product! The only complaint is the hopper door. Very difficult to add a bag of pellets. There is plenty of room to enlarge it. Engineers should be required to use what they design! Other than that very happy!

The HP21 pellet stove has a lot of features to like. And many things I feel could be an improvement. Increase the slope of the hopper so all the pellets will slide down to the auger. Increase the size of the screen ans also larger font so it can be read standing up so no more bending over and squinting. The rim that the lid closes on could be sloped so pellets don't stay on it. The rim of the lid would still contact the interior edge at the top of the slope.The frollowing are more major changes which incluctng the aforementioned sugge4stions would be both a larger hopper and door allowing the ability to hold more pellets. A longer port exiting the stove facilitating the application of metal tape instead of 500 degree caulk. Some explanion in the manual why the way to reset it to the "House" involves un plugging the AC and back again. A more responsive customer service would be great. We spent a few 20 and below weather waiting for a response. We are going on a month listining to the bearings grind away. You promptly sent new bearings and the washer that should have been installed during manufacturing. And last for now the manual should be totally rewritten to add more detailed instructions and illustrations. My cell number is 206-999-7411 and my e-mail is everettgrout@gmail.com

I've had problems with my stove since I bought it. I've been talking with Johnathan through all of my issues. People like Jonathan make businesses like yours top notch and want to do business with you. P.S. we'll get this thing fixed yet..

I’ve owned a Comfort Bilt HP 22 for over seven years, and recently, the thermostat indicated a room temperature exceeding 100 degrees when the actual temperature was about 70 degrees. The pellet stove would then automatically shut down within the hour. I contacted customer support online and almost immediately received exacting information and a video from Clint Davis explaining how to resolve this. The stove was up and running within 10 minutes. All this happened at 05:56 CST. Fantastic support. Thanks again, Clint.

I seriously recommend this HP 22 wood pellet stove.I also appreciate if i ever needed help they Quickly gave me Proffesional help N was Patient with me.Now i have No issues in how to solve any issues i use to have. Thanks Bill

I was sent The quartz igniter I purchased works great. I was a bit confused by the the instalation video, had a quick chat with support and was up and running in about 15 minutes. If it gets 1/2 the expected lights this is going to be a great buy It lights in about 2 minutes or a little less. I have had no ignition fails since I put it in. The customer service we received was exceptional. Our switch stopped working on our pellet stove and they sent us a new one super fast, no questions asked. They also directed us on how to bypass the switch until the replacement came in so that we could continue to heat with the cold temperatures we were having. They really saved the day!

I love everything about our new pellet stove EXCEPT you can't adjust the blower to a lower speed and the crazy amount of dust. It's never ending. We've tried four different kinds of pellets too. We have the Comfort Built HP21. Otherwise I would have gave it a 5 Star ⭐
