“We use this pellet stove to heat our shop. When we installed the thermostat to keep it to the temperature we wanted it worked perfectly. The amount of heat this pellet stove puts out is impressive.”

“We're into our third winter season of keeping warm with our HP22 and we couldn't be more pleased with the performance of this stove. Equally as important is the customer service from Comfortbilt. You actually get to talk to someone, and I might add, someone who's very willing to help you through any issues you might have with the stove.”

“Delivery was a cluster. Apparently I had to schedule it even though the email never said that. The stove is well made. Feedbox is undersized. 1 bag barely fits in.”

“We bought an HP22 and love it. It runs pretty much 24/7 in the winter and, so far, has been relatively problem-free. One issue that we had was with the plunger switch under the hopper lid that stops the auger. I let go of the lid and it dropped and popped the switch apart and I had to spend hours going through the pellets in the hopper to find the tiny little pieces and put it back together to get it running again. Comfortbilt has great, responsive customer service and puts out a great product for the price, just needs to re-design this switch.”

“I bought the HP-40 and it works great, it will cost about half to heat my 1300 sq ft home compared to my gas forced air furnace, cleaning it every couple of days only take's 2-3 minutes with a shop vac and I dump the ash into an old bbq to make sure I don't have any fires in the garbage can, this unit is very simple and as I get older I don't have to split wood for a wood stove, I look forward to using this for heating my home for many year's to come.”

“We were having an issue with our one year old stove. Called Comfortbilt customer service for assistance. The individual was EXTREMELY helpful and efficient and diagnosed the issue immediately. New part was shipped immediately, we were able to install the part and our stove has been working like a champ ever since. Thank you Comfortbilt for your product and thank you for your employee that was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt in helping us correct the problem. Respectfully Chuck and Karen Schaad”

“Had used the unit for 5 months over the calender year. Air vacuum pump went, no tech was sent, I had to install the piece. Auger bearings went, again I had to do the install, not easy. Magnets for door broke. Door lock handle nylon nut is Chinese garbage and constantly loosens up. Poorly designed. Terrible .”
