“Had a problem with main power switch. Called tech support and with help figured out it needed to be replaced. Tech support took care of it, sending a new switch even though we were about a month out from warranty. You guys really stand behind your products and that is very much appreciated!”

“The stove went beyond my expectations. Works beautifully. This was my first pellet stove. I had questions in the first week or so. The technical department were patient and absolutely made me comfortable with the stove. I can't thank him enough I called several times. Great stove great service Thanks again”

“I bought a 22 in 2014 for winter of 2015. It's now almost 2024. And still burning strong ! Very minumal repair. . Just have to keep passages clean . But that is any pellet stove. Best stove on the market ! I have been a contractor for 37 years. I have installed these stoves in customers homes and they love it. You cannot not go wrong on this stove ! Decent price compared to most.”

“The stove works great. However I have to operate it in safe mode because it arrived with a broken plunger. The company was kind enough to send me a replacement part at no cost. However I am still waiting for the install. The stove works and heats great.”
