“The HP22…was delivered by FedEx in a timely manner. Installation was just hooking it up to existing piping. Loaded it up with pellets and turned it on. Extremely quick ignition and fire. The initial burn was not at all what I expected in terms of odor. Minimal. The stove has performed exceptionally well. Far exceeding the Ravelli it replaced. Extremely pleased with its ease of operation and output of heat. Hats off to emploees Gordon and Clint who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this stove and company. A happy customer who is enjoying the pellet stove up in New Hampshire, currently 20 degrees but warm and cozy thanks to the HP22.”

“Worked good. I like the washer idea. Hopefully it will help with the bearing not seizing up. Mine locked up after one season so only time will tell if it helps. Installation was relatively easy. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish. Was also my first time playing with the auger”

“The "boys" at Comfortbilt tech are top notch. I can't thank them enough for all their help in the past two years. I LOVE my pellet stove--it gets me through these cold Utah winters. If only I could get somebody to haul all those pellets.....😅”

“It’s an amazing stove heats well, starts easily, provides an amazing amount of heat for its size. Burning hardwood pellets in the middle of winter 1.5 bags a below zero outside. I rate it highest on its burn efficiency? The printers get cold in Vermont.”

“Hi, this stove was very easy to install and start up, but even after sealing the double wall pipes and fittings I am smelling wood smoke and have seen a slight bit out of the vent on top. I have also experienced stove shutting down and screen says low temperature. I truly hope this is something minor and easy to resolve. Thank you, Alan”

“Operationally sound, heats very well, starts easily. Only problem has been circulating fan performance, but company stood by their product replacing defective part very fast. Only problem is the transportation of stove, a little marked up and door does not close as it appears bent from transporting.”

“Love my pellet stove! But do not purchase the Ash Vacuum from Comfortbilt. First one arrived dented lid so could not be opened. Handle on second one broke off as I took it out of the box. So far the third one is okay.”

“I purchased a new quartz igniter to replace the original one which was still working after 2 1/2 years. I programmed my stove this season to work in the eco mode so it would be started more times and would get a lot of use. So far it has been working great. We will see if it lasts a long time as that was my goal.”
