Overall, have been very happy with this provider... the one area I would ask they look at is when renewing, I received a significantly higher (50% increase) quote which was automatically generated.. when I went back to them on this, they were quick to come to a far better rate? Which whilst all good... makes you wonder why they cannot offer this up front and save both them and me time? They should look at offering their genuine best offer first. But again, their service has always been good and rates - eventually - very competitive. Recommended on that front.
