I have been trying to resolve an issue for most of the day, the live chat ended with the supervisor leaving the chat resulting in the issue still being unresolved. Very frustrated!

Communication with the customer support representatives cut short whist I was in the middle of replying to their online chat reply!

Absolutely rubbish!!!!!
Won’t use again if they paid me
So I spent 5 days trying to update my policy. Sorry we can’t update your policy at this time .Then they want a web chat
You are 78 in the queue so wait 10 mins
The link times out you so you start again
So now you’re back of the queue at number 89 the link times out you start again
It’s just endless going around in circles
If someone reads this who works for Onecall please contact me before 29-09-20 So I can have insurance on my replacement van.

It took me three attempts to get to the point of an answer on changing my vehicle insurance, lost web-chat three times. I appreciate the current circumstances but not being able to ring up and speak to a person is not great customer service.

I was having a problem amending my car insurance document via the online portal, so I had to use the "live chat" instead and spoke to mm9. She was quickly able to amend my document and I was very impressed with the whole experience.......many thanks Megan!

Fckn worst company I have ever dealt with 3 days now trying there chat to register new van - had to buy additional insurance from garage , still not done have to use my car for work, fckn disgusting

I have been trying to get through to somebody to discuss my policy for 3days, I have rang and the lines are off so i have been on live chat I waited 3hours and still no joy not happy at all
