JB6 - Sitting in my new car and can’t drive it until I get insurance And got Jess (JB6) on the chat. Really efficient. Quick and helpful. She didn’t leave me on read for ages without responding like some chat services do. I felt like she was very attentive and only dealing with one customer query at a time. So important for me as I was waiting to drive away. Spot on service 10/10.

I contacted One Call to cancel my renewal as I had found a much more competitive price. DT9 was able to review my policy renewal and reduce the policy renewal price to a competitive rate based on other quotes meaning I was happy to continue with the renewal

I've been with onecall for a few years now. The reason is not just the price but the customer service. Sian was very helpful today and solved my quiries . I have decided to stay with onecall for another three years given the offer I received.

Was happy with my renewal quote and was thinking to leave. Having spoken online to advisor - DT9, the quote was rewiew with up to date information from my side, a the quote was reviewed and I was able to get better cover for less money. Advisor DT9 was extremely helpful and efficient. One all is highly recommended.

Had to wait about 10 min. I was 14th inline. The Lady ' KB2' was very help and sorted out no claim discount problem very quickly. Very please with the service, I don't like live chats as a rule.
