Had a live chat with Sarah about some missing information on my application. She sorted things out very efficiently, which unfortunately cost me more money. My mistake, but I think £42.50 admin charge is excessive.

Chat service representative Lydia (LB3) was very helpful today in arranging my future changes on my policy for my new Car. She gave me all the information regarding add ons - explaining when changes would take place - and answering any questions in a polite and professional manner. Thanks LB3

Needed to change my car details. The Portal wouldn't accept me as an existing customer.. After 70 minutes and 4 queses (one of 22nd place), I came across MeganF7 Well done Megan F, honey your the best. No hassles, changed my details, cancelled the previous policy, was even able to fix my portal problem. Great Experience (but sort your Portal problems out OneCall!).

Great service from KT7, started chat to cancel renewal but they found me a competitive quote so stayed with One Call instead. Also, was dealing on behalf of my mother (using a Power of Attorney) unlike some other organisations recently this was easy and straightforward. Thank you!

I called to cancel my insurance, not because of bad service, more because I had received a better quote from elsewhere, but the customer service rep (GM2) was fantastic at walking me through the options and getting me a great package at a great price…great customer service.
