Had to get in touch with OneCall three times about the cancellation of my policy, and they just simply don't send you the confirmation of cancellation. And the last time their online advisor Natasha closed my session before I asked all my questions!

Following on from cancellation letters are sent to confirm the policy has been cancelled along with a breakdown of costs and no claims bonus proof where applicable. Frustrated second time of trying to sort insurance out still not sorted. No one can call me back I have to call again difficult when you’re at work!

I called to add an employee to my van insurance, was left on hold for about 30mins before eventually getting through to a person. (js2) Then after giving all the details was told that you couldn't process the request as the insurance company was shut for the day, and to ring back Friday. Surely, the person I spoke to could have dealt with it and called me back? But no, I have to waste another hour doing this again.

I had to pay £10 and spend a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to get money back that I am owed.

I needed to make a change to my policy, so I used the online chat facility. I was told I needed to call, which I did. I was caller #15, whilst waiting (and waiting) a message repeated that I could do it online. So I tried, once again resorting to the chat facility. The same advisor entered communication with me. Not at all sympathetic about the time I’d been wasting and mixed message received and told me that I needed to ring. Told me there was nobody currently waiting. So I called. I was told I was caller#12! Hung on and eventually got what I needed done. Quite frustrated and cross with the experience.

The price online was different to what I had to pay, car first registration date came up wrong. Nothing I could do it was a computer generated date!!! The phone salesman was very polite and very helpful, and apologetic. I was just disappointed with the price increase

Tried Chat to get some policy details amended. Found it to be totally useless and time consuming. Chat just went around in circles. Eventually gave up and made contact by phone.

Sent my proof of no claims by post asked to be e mailed to confirm receipt left my email no email ever sent rang up waited half hour on phone number 10 in que gave up in the end

To quote £92+ for adding an additional driver to my policy to then do a quote on there website and its actually CHEAPER than my current policy is a bit of a slap in the face to be honest!

Close early. I wanted to re-insure but couldn't due to closing at 5.00p.m. Also, although the person I spoke to about my Recovery Policy was helpful, I'm not sure that what I wanted was completely understood or acted on.

The opening times for most departments are 8am to 8pm, the only exception to this is customer service who are open on the phones 8am to 5.30pm but on live chat 8am to 8pm. Kind Regards Rosie (RS3)

I appreciated assistance changing car insurance thanks, nothing went wrong, just very disappointed that the admin charge was greater than policy increase and agent said admin fee was cheaper than some other company who's name I can't remember; i'm not insured with other company! and shouldnt knock other company. meant constructively best regards Ann

Its almost impossible to speak to a human being when queries arise. You have to have to use live chat which takes forever as they are obviously chatting with several people at one time

As a broker we are only able to offer temporary insurance if the underwriter will allow this.
