I had to speak to three different assistants because I didn't have all the information required. Instead of my information being passed on, I had to start almost from the beginning each time. Then, just as the procedure seemed to be completed, I was cut off, and I could not get back onto online chat even though the time was 17.05 and not 17.30, the regular cut off time. I have spent HOURS WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTORY OUTCOME.

Simon was great on the phone. My frustration is with web chat - advisors have to handle too many customers at once. This leads to having to repeat questions and supply data on multiple occasions. It takes longer than a simple phone call.

I thought my car insurance was in place with my sons name on the policy....it was not and he had been using the car uninsured..he is a police traffic officer and this could have had repercussions if he,d been involved in an accident.

Getting to the right operator was a nightmare, 3 times I phoned, then waited 10 mins only to be told this is the wrong department. I ended up spending an hour before I concluded business.

Admin charges are a bit much after paying £40 admin fee to change vehicle details then 2 weeks later I get charged £16 to add private plate back on ..... very excessive. But on other hand staff were lovely.

It's about insurance for some bad circumstances I was made some payment late but also paid extra as well. And they make over due even fro. Last two year im with company now I'm paying extra money

Rebecca was helpful but I’m not happy as I have to pay more money - no understanding/flexibility to a genuine error/oversight. Confusing insurance jargon.

dealt with enquiry cd4 - charlotte she was fine no problems with her at all live chat admin fee feels like a rip off completely unable to get through on phone options not working also held for live chat ....it has taken me over an hour and a half today to deal with simple change this is not fault of woman in live chat it is fault of company unable to speak directly to customer....

I wasn't happy at the fact I couldn't be insured on a new car that i had bought! So I had to buy out of my policy only to get a new one with someone else who WOULD insure me for a cheaper price!

Online chat to amend policy took about 1hr. £39 admin fee is disgraceful. My policy expires 27/6/2018 and it cost me an additional £73.03 to switch insurance to a newer version of the same vehicle because of the exorbitant admin fee. Had to contact later the same day to ask AGAIN for copy of docs to be emailed in order to allow the garage to tax the vehicle.

After clicking to confirm payment there were then several screens offering upgrades, which automatically selected a higher amount. This made me doubt the cover I had selected, thinking there were some things not actually included. Also I was asked to enter my drivers licence again, and it kept saying I had entered it wrong, despite not saying which numbers I had to enter - I entered them as they were on the card, but it said it was incorrect

twice in two years i asked for nationwide recovery to be included in my policy both times i was told it was, only to discover after i had paid my premium that it was just the basic breakdown and then having to contact you to get the problem sorted ( should not have to do this) sadly a poor quality of service. it makes you wonder what else is possibly missing or wrong with the cover.

Efficient call handler but was not happy with outcome of the call.£20 excess for every windscreen chip will be charged despite this NOT being in the insurance documents! How can that be charged when not stated?

I rang to inform of change of address which put my payments up from £22 - £35 a month which is disgusting, I live in a d90ead end private road but now pay more insurance than my 22year old daughter who gas a new car, I will be looking to change when policy is ended, it is a shame as I have been with you for at least 4 - 5 years!!!!

I rang one call breakdown cover on the 04/03/2018 at 4.30 pm. I rang more than once over a period of 30 minutes to be told every time that the service was unavailable, and could I please call back later. I found the process very stressful when I was stuck in a foreign place and can't start my car to return home. the whole point of paying for breakdown cover is to eliminate these stressful experiences.

gave my details over the phone driving licence NI on the 07/03/2018 after i had payed on web site for my insurance had to give them again on the 17/03/2018 after i received a 14 day cancellation letter?
