“For Adam, AT7. Adam dealt with my query promptly and professionally. Thankyou. I had been sent a cheque refund on my late husbands insurance. A cheque had been made out to the executor but banks don't accept that anymore so it needed to be a named person. A lesson for onecall, please don't do this. Get a persons name.”

“My policy hasn't started yet. I have been asked for a review. This is a review of the buying process. It was ok, the payment section I had to attempt 5 times. I wanted to ask a question on the live chat, while I was typing the customer service rep ended the chat. So not a great experience. I have previously had ByMiles insurance cover and it has been great it's unfortunately no longer giving renewal quotes as Aviva have bought them. So hopefully this company is as good. Definitely the best and most fair way of paying for car insurance.”
