“There was a bit of a hick up with my initial set up from a comparison site. Dealt with 3 different advisors on a Web chat. Called up to cancel and spoke to Ben BB7. I cant fault his patience clear details if he started a new quote and he even got my deposit transferred over. So the point is he went out of his way to keep me from cancelling. Thanks Ben”
