Happy with them helping me change ncb but cost me £86 when only took insurance out this morning and the site I took it out on didn't let me protect it as using my mobile phone

Actually, so far I am not overly happy with the company due to finding the application process/information provided confusing but both PP1 and JC3 have been very helpful in sorting out the set up issues regarding my new home insurance policy. Can't fault these two from the chat and their help has stopped me from cancelling my policy today.

It is. Alled One Call but it took me several calls to sort an issue and I was cut off while waiting. Not good. Howevwr, One Call has an exceptioal employee in Dylan Wolfinden who agreed to phone me back later on the day when my wife was Due to return home and, on discovering he would not be able, he emailed me to promise a call at 9.00 the next day. His call was received ar exactly 9.00, as he promised, he confirmed my wife’s id and he sorted the problem. Well done Dyla. Thank you.

This price but I had lots trouble with paying for the policy it took someone on staff to say change browser and that was right at the end of all 5 tries thanks to the one person.i last spoke to

SP6 Great adviser who was able to tell me the problem on my account. Couldn’t fault them. Was unaware of what I was supposed to upload as evidence as was not sent a letter or email explaining. Only texts and emails to say I needed to upload a document. Turned out I had made a small claim (£499) 4 1/2 years ago for accidental damage and I had forgotten to add it to my policy. This only came up after I had renewed for my second year with One Call so was a bit baffled and after realising I had forgotten the claim as I have just left a DV marriage. Hoping all I sorted now and hope the error on my behalf doesn’t affect my policy too much. Genuine mistake but wonder why it took so long to find? As if I had been questioned a year ago when I first took out the policy (as was cheaper then my renewal from previous company) it would have jogged my memory. Either way my fault and happy to pay the shortfall if necessary to keep me insured. Frustrating you cannot call to speak to an adviser though that’s my only negative.

Although I was satifified my query was answered thought the customer service wasn’t the best. I asked a question and it wasn’t really answered. Other than that it was good.

Happy with the insurance and level of cover but was a headache to cancel as bike is no longer mine. That said I would use your services again I would just prefer to talk to someone rather then online chat as it took too long for the operator to respond to me which I’m sure isn’t the operators fault suspect that they are doing more than one enquiry at a time. There was no option to contact by telephone once I entered the cancellation page or if there was I didn’t see it.

I am sure that I asked to have my payments taken the 1st of each mounth when I took car insurance out but this did not happen it's sorted now but not happy mr Harrison.
