AE9 was very helpful but not having an actual person to speak to is so frustrating when it would be quicker and easier to resolve the issue

Unable to use chat on first login. Very frustrating just spooling. Logged on again on different device. Got through straight away. BD2 very helpful and clarified situation with my renewal. I still think speaking to someone is far better customer service. It’s very frustrating when you want to actually discuss something.

I am satisfied with the service I got from the two people I was in contact with. However, it is disappointing to be charged for simply having to change policies due to buying a new car. Also, the price difference from the quotes you found compared to the ones I found myself , was also disappointing.

They appear to be a reasonably priced insurance broker, but trying to renew to another car out of hours was not possible and I had to take a policy out with another company. I picked up my new car on the way home from my nightshift so required insurance cover, then they have the cheek to charge me for cancelling my policy early. Had someone been able to help at One Call when I needed them, I May have renewed my policy with them again.

Very helpful once I got through to someone on chat. You state that you can change a vehicle on the portal for free, but this is not possible and was charged £77 because I had to use the chat. If you advise the portal allows changes for free then it should be available to do. Marshall was very helpful on the chat, but would have liked to be able to do it for free as you advise on your site. I would also like to be able to speak to a human over the phone.

My query was answered, and I had reassurance as from on line portal I thought I was not insured on a vehicle I am selling in few days time. As a company my preference is to speak to an agent via phone , not back and forth via messages, my choice of communication.

Reassurance after changing vehicles as portal was showing , not insured in my interpretation.agent NR3 assured me current car insured until my part exchange date. However I am old school and prefer to hold a conversation over phone than text portal.

Cheap insurance and a v good customer service for an online only option. BUT £24 service fee any time you want to change anything. Plus the fees for the changes themselves are higher than should be. Basically they know they have a captive audience at this point and take advantage. So if you're sure you wont be changing, all good.

It should be 5 stars for the phone Operator re JF3. However, in regard to being able to contact the company ...it took me a whole morning of trying to get a telephone number...only to find there isn't one. Appreciate that everything is moving on line....but sometimes a telephone option may be required for more complex queries. As I said 5 stars for the chat operator...but only 3 for overall ability to communicate easily with One Call
