Leanne warren was my agent today and was very helpful and phoned me back several times due to my bad phone reception so gets a ten out of ten just for that. Thanks for my new insurance quote which had actually gone down in price which is a rare bonus .

Have used One Call Insurance for many years without a problem. As insurers go they are often very competitive but expensive cancellation fee when or if you want to move to another insurer - £114. This makes it difficult to change and isn't worth the trouble. Also dislike on line chat with agent. Much prefer to actually talk to a real person. No option unfortunately.

Online portal didn’t work, but the live chat was easy and painless. Tara TJ2 did a great job and sorted everything for me in minutes.

Was not happy as I wanted to add another bike to my existing policy but was unable to do so /I have two bikes and my car is also with you /very dissapointed

The Live Chat operator Bethan L (BL1) was very helpful albeit I didn't get the outcome I was hoping for but that's her company's issue, not hers. She tried her best to help which is why only 3 stars were given.

Renewed my insurance and dealt with a very helpfull young lady LE6. Got a great deal and actually it was a pleasant experience and she actually had a sense of humour. X

Trying to get on the portal was a nightmare.. But when I did NR3 was very helpful. Why is everywhere changing to online chat we need to be able to call and speak directly to a person

Got talking to FP2, she actually saved the review. Needed my insurance yesterday, hopefully getting it today. Seemingly it wasn't processed, but the lady is on the case.

The fact that it's not simple to even get on chat and you can not speak to anyone is concerning your insurance .no option to call as in speaking .not easy and not cheap either .I will not use these again

These have been great but be ready for issues if you need to change something. They say they will email you but you end up chasing and chasing for info

Trying to contact Onecall via telephone was impossible. Eventually after various problems i got through via live chat. I was in touch with Faye , she was very helpful and I was finally able to get the information I needed.

One Calls Website is one of the worst of I’ve ever seen, especially to navigate on desktop. However, their online web chat service is excellent. There was no wait time and KB2 was a wonderful representative. If I were judging just their customer service I’d give it 5 stars, but getting there in the first place was impossible on desktop.

I amended my insurance policy using online chat, but not being too experienced in typing, I would have much preferred to speak by phone (no tel. no. on the website). Being an old crony isn't helpful in the modern world, but we managed it okay

It is not easy to do as all the questions don’t have the best brake down or meaning. For example is this due to an infirmity- For a roof ?? Airside? And you can’t ring anyone anymore. It is very disappointing.
