dissappointed that your chat facility does not actually let you speak to anyone. when the query is not a standard query, speaking to a person makes a vast difference.I was given a link but that did not help either.

Service was fine, but I don’t particularly appreciate being up sold several times when all I wanted to do was change the numberplate

I clicked on a link for a transcript of my chat yesterday nothing comes through. You confirmed all was ok with my NCD which was good only for this morning to have a text to say you are about to cancel my policy again. What is going on. Not impressed. Please call me 07768 993804

It took almost an hour! One phone call would have done all this in a fraction of the time. BN1 did his job well. It is the system I don’t like. One Call should be one call on the phone!

I have gone through the online journey. After submitting my payment details, I've got a tick on Step 4 which is additional extras. I'm now on Step 5. There's nowhere to click on to get a tick for completing Step 5. So i dont know if this has gone through or not. Normally, one would receive an email to confirm everything, but i havent received any email. All these happened yesterday, still no confirmatory email. Today, in my concern, i went to check my Credit Card statement and i could then see a One Call item on there. So something HAS gone through. It would have been nice to receive an email with reference number etc though ... And the request for feedback at this stage is premature as i havent received any item from Onecall yet. This feedback is based on the Customer Online Journey only.

KT1 dealt with my online chat - wasn’t really sure I was speaking to a human being - no answers to my queries - very perfunctory - not content with the fact that I had to go through all the minutae all over again

BN1 was polite and listened to my issue but I didn't really get a solution to my problem. Very text book answers to my concerns with no real outcome. He did offer to waive the cancellation fee if I wanted to move to a different product which was great but I thought that should have been the last port of call. Not sure if this was just company policy or if more could have been achieved on my call. I found myself satisfied with the call but a little frustrated.

I found it very frustrating trying to find a phone number to actually speak to someone, only to find out that I can’t. Everything is done online chat room. Hopefully I have resolved my issue, but I don’t think I will renew my insurance next year.

The lady I talked to on chat was very helpful but trying to use your portal is a nightmare , it would make things a lot easier if you could just talk to a human on the phone thanks

Everything is going well so far. But hey I've only just signed up. Let's see what happens when you're needed. It would be nice to know of upgrades before making a payment Wayne Bright ( new customer)

I find online portal and chat line exchanges long winded and laborious. Operator Jacob W was helpful and as quick and efficient as the system allowed.

NR3 helped me through the process of adding a driver…without her help I would not have been able to do it. I find it very frustrating that I am unable to speak on the phone to a person.

I found accessing the customer portal live chat extremely difficult and not clear at all on the website, but after chatting to a very helpful renewal representative I got onto the chat service and my query was dealt with quickly and politely by Bethan L
