I wasn't happy how my renewal was quoted at a 50% increase but the agent managed to get the quote down a bit to a 25% increase which still isn't ideal but the agent was as helpful as possible

Chloe resolved a little bit of a headache to change vehicle. All I would add for Management is to review the audio message stating your call centre is open at weekends yet when called at the advertised times, the audio message is played stating you're close.
