“I had a live chat with agent KT7 to discuss my renewal. We discussed all elements of the renewal quote KT7 was super efficient, coming back to me on live chat very quickly with the information I needed KT7 was able to supply me with a much more competitive renewal quote which I have now accepted KT7 's service was exceptional I wish every live chat agent was like KT7”

“I was discussing my renewal with Keira (her username is KT1), and she was incredibly helpful bringing my renewal price down to a price not too far off a price I had found elsewhere, meaning that I was able to renew my contents cover and justify/afford the monthly instalments. “Got great service today from Lydia B (LB3). She helped with all my queries and explained what was needed. When the quote was a bit too pricey for me she got another quote that was right for me. I didnt want to leave One Call because it has been very convenient so I was happy to be able to stay. My favourite chocolates are Tony Chocoloney”

“Query dealt with by EC1-Ethan-ec1 following receipt of my car insurance renewal. I had obtained a more competitive renewal quote on a price comparison site but after getting in touch Eathan was able to improve my renewal quote and updated details on my customer portal accordingly. I am very pleased with the service received.”
