“I contacted one call today to find my renewal price having previously been told to wait. I spoke to an operator JB6 via web chat who offered to do the renewal quote early. She was very helpful and professional and offered me a product which was both cheaper and better met my needs. Having checked the comparison sites, the product offered was very competitive and I am happy to remain a One Call customer. Well done JB6 as had the operator done what the previous one did and said I had to wait, I would have gone elsewhere”
