“One Call's emailed renewal left me with questions. I rang the number given in the renewal letter and, after a frustrating time with One Call's bots (note to companies everywhere - please, PLEASE don't use bots!), I eventually got through to a human, Leanne Warren (LE6). Leanne was polite, calm and patient, answering my questions as well as the queries that rose from her answers. She also didn't mind re-entering information when I asked if the premium would be reduced due to the market value for my car having dropped (something One Call's renewal price hadn't taken into account) I was reassured when Leanne explained, cheerfully and clearly, why and how using my telephone key pad to entre my card details was perfectly safe, and she didn't get upset or impatient when I mistyped twice and she had to re-set the info each time. One Call is very lucky to have Leanne Warren on their staff: she's an asset to the company not to mention to customers who finds insurance matters something of a minefield. Trying to sort out insurance online or through bots is enough to give anyone a breakdown so it's always a bonus when customers can speak to a human being. Its a double bonus when they're as friendly and helpful as LE6.”
