“I needed to get my quote bettered, and was put through to Kia, KL4. She was brilliant. She was efficient and fast, searching for a better quote and chatting with me at the same time. I was impressed with her manner and ability to be proactive, sorting out my refund before I prompted. It was the quickest call I’ve had with One Call, and I was ver happy with the experience.”

“Dealt with ji9 today on chat and would like to say what a fantastic service I received. Contacted yourselves with an issue with my new car registration thinking this was going to be a problem and cost me money.
