“I was assisted by Becca RW2, who was excellent, prompt and very attentive to all my requirements, and nothing was too much trouble, whilst adding another vehicle to my Premium Account. I found dealing with online chat personnel to be straight forward and very effective, and was transferred to the premium department very easily as required.”

“Leanne (LE6.Leanne Warren-le6) was very helpful in being quick to offer me the best deal, which was to put me on the Platinum monthly plan with no cancellation fees, which was perfect for my needs as I am moving overseas. It is frustrating that you have to go through the process of phoning every year to get a competitive price, but I suppose everyone in the insurance market is sucking from the same teat. Leanne helped make the process as painless as possible.”
