“I spoke with representative SM5 this morning. She was very helpful, calm and clearly knew the procedure to follow with my claim. Unfortunately, without all the policy details in front of her, I was forwarded to the wrong company, but eventually found my way to the correct one after several more conversations with various agents, hence 4*”
