“I had a chat today with George (GB3) to try and resolve an issue with difficulty registering on the portal - he could not have been more helpful and resolved the issue which allowed me to go ahead and register pretty much immediately. Excellent service”

“Alisha (AR6)was absolutely fantastic to work with today! I am in the USA and correspondence and timing can be an issue. She advised what was needed, let me know of the changes being made to my home policy and took care of it all in 1 chat session. “LD7 answered my question with professionalism. I think the main system had failed to send out an email after the "24 hours validation checks". I was really worried I was not covered. But LD7 (Lauren) answered questions and policy is there and all good!”
