Unfortunately, I can't say that I'm happy at all. I have found my correspondence really frustrating and conflicting with zero wriggle room. I won't be using this company again.

I was contacted by agent ET3 (elisha)Elisabeth. She explained my renewal was due, she went through my old policy and details of my renewal. She also made enquires regarding whether I could claim for a mobile phone I had stolen in majorca a month ago. She then did a check on my renewal and provided a new price. What a pleasant girl. Well spoken clear and concise very professional and a credit to One Call insurance. Well done ET3. Geoff

I found One Call insurance most helpful re- my renewal process & Esmond was very patient & courteous with regard to my questions & i was most pleased when he told me my renewal would be slightly cheaper than my previous years payments it all bodes well when you are a pensioner.

ir2 got me a good reduction on my renewal in Live chat. She answered my questions clearly and I asked quite a lot. All in all, very pleased. I usually dislike Live Chat, but ir2 (Ilana) made it a perfectly good experience. Thanks again

The process of renewing insurance on-line can be daunting when you are 'of an age' and most websites can have quite opaque areas where knowledge is assumed. This was less the case with One Call Insurance web site and any grey areas were more than adequately explained by operator JF2. His patience was greatly appreciated.
