The customer service for this company is very poor, you send them Emails and they do not get back to you. When my car insurance is up for renewal I will not renew with this company or any other company on line . I will sure I do it face to face.

Spoke with LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 she was extremely helpful with my renewal and answered all my question before setting up the policy. It's nice to actually speak to a person on the phone instead of automated responses. Very competitive price and very quick and easy to set up

I was a One Call customer for a couple of years but having sold my company van and bought a private vehicle I contacted One Call to see if I could transfer. As it happens it wasn't possible but the help I received from Ruby at customer services has prompted me to drop a review. Ruby (RM2) explored my options and went the extra mile to clarify the no-claims transfer situation. Even though I couldn't re-insure she very kindly sent me a very swift email with the proof of my NCD, which will be so useful in getting other insurance. I don't often review a service and I'm always ready to be disappointed but Ruby did One Call proud today so credit where it's due. Many thanks to her for her professional and warm manner.

I was helped by Josh (JC8) today. I was so frustrated with myself as I wasn’t sure was I’d done. I got mixed up with 2 lots of Home Insurance for 2 different addresses. He reassured me that it wasn’t a problem and he gave me the advice that I needed to resolve the problem. He was very polite and respectful. An asset for the company. Thank you Josh.
