“I contacted OneCall about my car insurance renewal to enquire about a more competitive quote and to find out the cost of adding in my son. I used the live chat function. Daniel T responded. He was very helpful and was able to offer a lower price that was competitive with quotes I had obtained on Compare the Market. Downloading the live chat will provide me with an opportunity carefully to review my options and make a decision on renewal. The option from One Call for a 3-year fix on monthly premiums is attractive as premiums usually go up year-on-year.”
