“My customer support was provided by BH1 - Ben was extremely helpful and courteous and helped me gain access to the Customer Portal. For some reason the portal was not allowing me to register and not recognising my email address, causing me a graeat deal of stress. Ben stuck with it, and helped me to gain access and also helped me improve and upgrade my policy to one which will be more suitable for my needs. Thanks Ben!”

“I called Platinum club line today - in regards too enquiry regarding my direct debit and also new offer of capping insurance premium for 3 years. I spoke to Will (WG1) who was very pleasant, helpful, confirmed all ok with DD payments and after explaining how new offer worked, updated this for me straight away. Also found out we both have the same car. fab customer service”
