“I've only had good experiences dealing with One Call. I've been with them a few years now for motor insurance. A live chat with cm1 today over some trouble I was having sorting some information I needed couldn't have gone easier. The replies were quick and the information clear and useful”

“This review is purely based upon the help and patience of miya9 trying to resolve the nightmare we are having trying to get money back from One Call in relation to a cancelled policy. This will be the second time that we have spoken with a team member online and been promised a refund. Each time we have to wait a further 3-10 days to see if we have been refunded. miya9 was really helpful and we are hopeful that her help will resolve the situation.”
