“Had a great experience with MB1 this morning. We discussed my renewal having found a better price elsewhere. We also looked into alternative products that may suit my needs before sorting out a DD for the new policy. All done in a relaxed, informative and knowledgeable way. “I was going to go elsewhere at renewal time but a quick online chat to their agent mb9 was quite helpful and she managed to get my new premium reduced by quite a bit so I will by staying with One Call, reducing paperwork and saving some cash at the same time - great result !”
