“I could not of asked for quicker or more professional service than what I received from PE2 this afternoon. I am getting a new car tomorrow and needed to change the details on my policy but the website was confusing, I asked for a web chat and it was all done within 15 mins. Thank you so much. “I like that there is a call back option on the the One Call telephone system. It does work. The young woman (EK2) who called me was efficient and so helpful. She gave me confidence that she knew what she was doing and would sort out any issues. I needed to change my policy as I was buying a new car. It was all done smoothly and without fuss. Great service (unlike the gentleman from the first call back request -I got cut off and he didn’t ring me back).”
