“ar3 - good service resolved quickly. Not happy with the high cancellation fee charged, quite excessive but this is not the agents fault. It is obviously the company policy,”

“Good customer service. Always helpful and friendly and do resolve any queries and issues I have. However in this instance I am dropping one star as I would have expected an apology for the error they made in overcharging me, and that I had to take time to contact them for the refund.”
