“One Call put up my insurance at renewal so I shopped around and got a better deal. When I asked them to cancel my policy from renewal I made it clear I did not wish to discuss why I was leaving and who I was going with. They ignored me and tried offering me another deal. I should not have to repeat myself. Eventually it was sorted but it’s not how I want to do business.”
