“I had to contact One Call due to an error in the price of my renewal. After a fairly long wait to be connected to Live Chat, agent JF2 dealt with my query efficiently. He took the time to look into the issue, and answered all of my questions. The matter was then sorted to my satisfaction, and the quote was competitive compared to other insurers.”
