“Helpful friendly chat. There was a slight delay in getting to a chat operator but not too bad. There was also a lag in response on the chat which makes it slightly confusing and some responses and messages are out of synch.”

“I recently spoke to your customer advisor AE1 to cancel my home insurance policy as I’d managed to get a better deal with Saga She was able to give me a a better quote without any bother and I am happy to say that because of AE1 ‘s customer service I have chosen to stay with your company for another year”
