“JL4 was superb. I cane onto the chat feeling very huffy as the chat cues had been long, but once I had explained my predicament (Direct Debit dates not aligned to my paydates), they asked for confirmation that they could fix this for me. Very impressed and relieved! Thank you JL4 :-)”
