“Forgot to add an endorsement to my renewal , next day , after a cheaper price than last year within 15 mins it was sorted out by SS9! no extra cost or or problems . My first offence in 50 years of driving . Fantastic service by very efficient and able representative from One Call Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all and sundry . They really have Made my day !! Dont forget SS9! Anita Colman”

“Called this afternoon to change vehicle details on my policy, spoke with TM7 part of your team. He was very helpful checking all the details were correct, offering additional cover & making me aware of the 3 year policies that may be an option when my annual renewal is due in October 2025. If all of your staff are as clear, courteous & polite as TM7 then they will be a credit to your organisation as he is. Based on my experience today & the way TM7 dealt with me i would certainly recommend using One Call Insurance.”
