“JP3 was my chat person, really pleasant, polite and helped organise a better price for my renewal which also brought down my excess as well. I'm not keen on auto renewal so was also able to deactivate this which I prefer. Really easy, straightforward to do so long as you dont mind doing chat rather than talking in person on a phone.”
