“I had a chat enquiry re my no claims bonus with Hannah (HM1). I didn’t have to wait long in the chat queue and having advised the agent of the reason for my enquiry it was handled quickly and in a professional manner. My concern was allayed and confirmation of my NCB given. Great service!”

“LaurenD, LD7 was most helpful and knowledgeable with my concern regarding the sale of my bike and the insurance on it. My query was, do I cancel or suspend the policy until I find another bike?
