Spoke with Josh (JC8) earlier with reference to a change to my policy (change of vehicle) . He dealt with me in a very professional, friendly, warm manner together with sorting out the query I had, so pleased that I dealt with him. I was confused with my renewal for car insurance but KS8 explained and helped, we do low mileage, mainly hospital, doctors and shopping, it goes with our age. Thank you. 😁

SK3 was very helpful and sorted everything out for me.I gave 5 stars for her, but it takes a while to get to chat with someone so that gets 3 stars. Would prefer to speak to a person really.

Want to thank Niall for his patience with me this morning. He managed to let me send proof of no claims by email with an attached photo. That's the only way I know how. (Remember some of your clients are older and alone and don't know too much about technology with nobody to turn to, to ask, so any way to make things easier for us is great.) Niall made it easier for me and was wonderfully kind and patient. Thank you, laddie.
