Great customer service today by Lydia B on live chat. Very helpful even though they couldn't compete with a quote elsewhere. I have been with OneCall for many years and had nothing but good service. I am sad to be leaving.

Finally i was able to get and talk with a nice young man,who helped me with adding another driver on my insurance . As the portal which i tried to use kept blocking me out .i have had also to try and trace phone numbers to speak to some one who could help. I am not impressed with the level of service of One call Insurance at all. Espally as a older person who is wanting advice and help. So thank you to that nice kind young man for his help.

whilst comparing quotes received from ONECALL email, and online comparison sites. your representative KT7 was most helpful in giving me a far better quote than previously advised on renewal email from ONECALL and the comparison sites to suit my requirements regarding home and contents cover.
