CM7 was helpful in cancelling my policy. The main difficulty I had was actually trying to contact someone. Phone numbers I tried all were not available. Automated voice saying phone number not in use. Once through advisors was good and assisted me in cancelling policy. Found a more reasonable quote. Although money had already left my account although policy not for renewal for another 5days. So was surprised money had already been debited from my account. So await reimbursement of amount.

Agent SP6 My agent was very helpful, offered me a few upgrade options with no pressure to accept, though I did accept some, my whole process was pleasant though the chat was a little slow is responses, it did not detract me from getting a quote on the change of vehicle requested. The new cost was very acceptable and not what I was anticipating. I would recommend One Call, I have been with them for many years and have never had reason to complain and todays experience was no different.

Agent TH3 - I had some trouble answering questions with the portal so decided to call. I got a very helpful agent. Clearly spoken and helped me with what wasn’t so straight forward through the portal. Explained everything and always checked with me to make sure I was happy before proceeding to the next steps. Definitely happy I spoke with this agent.

I had a couple of web-chats with One Call to discuss their motorcycle insurance renewal offer which initially was over £50 higher than other offers i had received elsewhere. After providing proof of this, and in a non confrontational negotiation, i managed to get a good deal that i was happy with.
