My overall experience with sorting out my car insurance change of address was terribly frustrating. I was on the phone for over 2 hours with the online help, being given the wrong number and then being told my current company would not cover me and I had to cancel and start again!! Ben BBL7 is the only reason I can give a 4 as he was great and really helpful. What I thought would be easy, turned into a real pain! Thank you Ben:-)

Have used One Call for many years and have found them very helpful and very competitive on price - wanted to downgrade my insurance for a car I am selling and no longer on the road - Leanne - LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 was so helpful, knowledgeable and helped with my request - she was fast and efficient - I even kept my original insurance package on a month by month basis - very happy - Thank You Leanne

I was having issues with the portal so thought I would try the live chat only waited 5 mins and was answered by VH3 who helped me out straight away new what my issue was and sorted with ease was very friendly and quick made me feel very confident and happy all was sorted
