“JK 7 Oh what a pleasant change! I was treated with the greatest respect and patience at a very difficult time. I had to contact the company by telephone because of a stupid mistake I had made on line filling in the paperwork, It transpired that I could pay by direct debit and all I needed to know was read to me with explanations when I requested. I understood everything (Ihope!) and found the whole experience calming and reassuring. Thank you to all I spoke with today, especially J K 7! Sorry I was a little confused by the colour of the rats that might infest my home; I'd much prefer the brown ones!!!!!!”
