“I was trying to change my number plate on a Saturday as i had informed dvla to put private plate on retention,but wasn't able to change my insurance with new information as it was coming up with a ridiculous cost via portal ,so went on live chat spoke with faith (fs2)and she said she would sort it first thing Monday morning... and she did !!! Called me, sent me new certificate via email totally thrilled no cost ,absolutely fantastic customer service well done faith ,we need more faith's in the world ,big thank you 👏 😀”
