“I spoke to a very helpful lady in customer services today called Erika, username EK2. She organised the cancellation of my old car insurance policy and found me a new policy for a different car. She was very informative and polite. It was a very prompt and efficient service.”

“I didn't have to wait long to be connected to an agent. EK2 spoke clearly. Answered questions effectively. Explained the changes that were required in simple terms so that I understood. Told me that I would find the revised documents in my Portal within the next 24 hours. She closed the call very politely. EK2 was approachable and I felt I had been looked after.”
