“I had a really positive experience with the TS7 one-call customer service team. I needed to make a change to my policy and the whole process was handled quickly and smoothly. The advisor I spoke to was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a straightforward way and made sure I was happy before finalising the changes. It’s not always easy dealing with policy updates, but they made it completely stress-free. Really impressed with the level of service — efficient, helpful, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!”
