Check the card at the door, randomly asking for my card as I shop I’m a new customer less than a year and there is nothing you have that I can’t get at Sams club or elsewhere. Why is it anyone can come in with a gift card yet us paying customers get harassed? Don’t need the headache.”

The management team seems to only care about revenue and domination and staying #1 at all costs. “COSTCO WILL SEND CRIMINALS TO YOUR HOUSE FOR DELIVERIES. I live on a military installation, and i've attempted to have a washer and a dryer delivered to my house on three separate occasions over the course of 10 days. All three times the delivery personnel were turned away and/or detained after a background check was performed. I have not received compensation or my money back, still do not have a washer and dryer, and now know that Costco doesn't care that they hire criminals to deliver online orders to houses. If you order anything from Costco that requires delivery BEWARE!”

On Spanish Harlem E. 117 st there's this Costco I've been going there since it opened day 1! Always go but over$1000.
But now I go to BJ's why? Well all Costco commercials have all wonderful things to buy except this slump Costco who never ever had anything? I don't understand, like this Saturday it looked like a ghost town at after 2- pm no butchers, no rotisserie chickens, rotten potatoes, no raviolis,no desert's, no cheese cakes, no Carolina rice, you could find like all the vitamins you want except thousands of things people use on a daily basis! No bounty napkins only paper towels, no cat litter! If you don't believe me go as a customer see for yourself! If I'm lying. Please Email me, I'll be the may watch me make Costco flourish again!!!”

“I want to begin my review by stating that I'm very happy to have Costco in Tomball,Texas. The grand opening was great and exciting 😀 My only regret and complaint is the fewer numbers of electric scooters available for genuine customers with membership to Costco. It's a shame and it doesn't meet ADA requirements 😔 I waited for an hour or more for a scooter in the morning. Came back in the afternoon with my family on the same day, and waited for an hour again. There were other customers waiting as well, both morning and afternoon. The disabled customers have membership as well, we pay the same price and we have physical needs and deserve to be treated fairly. This is not the only Costco with limited scooters. I've experienced the same problem at other Costcos. Please not disregard or ignore my plea. Please provide more electric scooters for the disabled customers.”

Here’s the thing, I’ve been a Costco member for a very long time. I enjoy the experience for the simplified straightforward experience. One tap payment for fuel & warehouse payment as an example.
As I happened to be in Edmonton I thought I’d stop by the 142st location to have a look. Had my AirPods in listening to music and as I cruised past the main entrance as I usually do showing my card as I always do. The clerk said something I didn’t really hear as I went by. As I was walking in the warehouse another clerk approached me and said I didn’t “check in”
I asked when did this start she said about 3 weeks ago.
I said that’s okay, I’ll leave.
So here’s the thing for myself personally. I want my life to be simplified and streamlined, not the other way around. I avoid lineups like the plague. I will Nope this location and any other location that adds additional steps in my Costco experience.
So now I have to wait in a line to check into the warehouse and then someone Checks my membership card when I use the self checkout and then I have to wait again some someone can check my receipt for “errors”
Too many step for this member!
