Had my money for over 3 weeks and failed to deliver by time stated. When I rang to chase they said it was out of stock. Offered to send same model in different colour which I agreed. Only when I checked the email and checked the product code they were sending me a completely different model. Makes no sense when the model they claimed they were sending is available. Clearly fobbing me off with a model they wanted to get rid of. They say to avoid unknown companies for fear of being scammed but I think we're more at risk from the bigger ones these days. I believe their intention is to fob customers off on the assumption they are in no position to hold out. They also sit on your money for weeks, that's got to be dodgy.

Thought they were being really helpful when they asked me if the laptop I was buying was for business use. I said, probably yes, in the future. Saw on Rogue Traders it's actually because as a business customer you get less rights! Absolutely disgusted! Typical of big companies and their targets and KPIs! Will not shop there again!

Bought a fridge freezer (Kenwood-kfc60ss15),which ended up not to be made by Kenwood but by currys. It broke within 6 months wasting all my food, 6 weeks later after engineers came 3 times it was written off and I was sent a replacement. That took another 4 weeks and now after 6 months it's broken again. I have now been told it's up to me to get it looked by a currys approved company to see if it's a design fault and they will replace if it's their fault or if not I lose more money.

Product not in store and done a small bargaining deal then drove 70 miles to another store where I was charged more, asked for manager and told take it or leave it. This was a birthday present and could have been bought it elsewhere and wish I had. Never ever shall I buy another item in your store and advised my friends to do so also. I hate currys for this as I was a loyal customer.

We ordered a new fridge said next day delivery, paid for it now two weeks later I had to ring and ask when it was being delivered to be told between 4.20pm&8.20pm, no call from courier nothing worst service I purchased a new condenser tumble dryer from AOL ,I will be purchasing all my electrical goods from them.

The freezer is smaller than in the online description, on delivery they refused to take it away, customer service didn't want to know, will be a week before it's collected, driver lied saying we could use it but the returns policy says if you do it's not new so refund is affected. Will take another week to process the refund. They said they would compensate for the loss frozen food, but that has to be done after the refund, so more delay, the drivers refused to return, so they have kept my old freezer so now we have nothing to use. No-one cares, tottaly chaotic company, don't believe anything they say.

Customer service doesn't seem to exist. Bought a £400 4k player online, player stopped working after half hour. I have tried phoning but just get stuck in a queue, have sent 2 emails and only received automated reply. Now looking like I will have to open a Paypal case to get a response and my money back.

Pontypridd manager Kath needs to go on a customer care course. As a manager she was not helpful ,instead I had ignorance did not want to know issues that we had. Kath the manager was informing customers on phone she can't speak as the store was very busy, much too my amusement there was only myself and husband. What has happened to customer care at currys ????

I bought a washing machine from Currys and for convenience booked and paid-for their installation and recycling option for a further £40. From the moment the team of 2 turned up it was wholly apparent they had no intention of fitting the machine. They made up a ridiculous excuse about the whole at the back of the cabinet not being big enough to feed the tubes through and left (myself and a neighbour managed to feed it through the next day without issue and within seconds!). Why do Currys offer this service if their delivery people clearly have no intention of providing the service??

Keighley depot.wanted advice on cooker.nobody wanted to know.staff just stand about playing with phones and talking to each other .customer service is abysmal.want paying for doing nothing.will never shop at currys again

Bosch Dishwasher arrived dented beyond use. Tried ringing the knowhow number who quite clear do not "know how" to fix the issue. The number takes you straight through to Bosch. Nothing Bosch can do obviously so god knows why it goes through direct to them. Rang the same number but this time said nothing or pressed any keys eventually I got through. I was then told they need to book it with Bosch so they can agree the exchange. It begs the question who are you buying the product from? It appears currys/know how have got rid of all responsibilities for product support. I will be loading this product onto my truck and dropping outside there door (ironically that I still have to wait to do as the store is closed due to flooding) I would strongly advise do not use this company.

Sent laptop in for repair 6 times and each time it came back it worked for a couple of days before breaking down again. Each time they stated it was a software issue. The last time I checked a new hard drive was hardware and not software. It's now in again and they won't write it off despite the contract stating they have to after the 4th attempt at not fixing it. Each time it came back it brought new problems (scratched casing, scratched screen, broken battery so it falls out, missing screws for casing so charger doesn't fit in casing, unresponsive USB ports, freezing trackpad and slow, unresponsive laptop with a CPU running at 100% at all times). We have already managed to work out what is causing the initial problem that it keeps going back in for however this problem is not cheap to fix. That is why it is ignored and temporarily fixed. I am beyond irritated with company and will never be making a purchase of their products ever again

Fitters damaged bespoke kitchen, sliced open a hand and tested plug socket using my kettle. Then delivered a badly damaged Beco dishwasher. Still waiting for complaint to be addressed satisfactorily 3 months on!!!

Very disappointed With Currys After care Service!!!! picked up A JVC Television on the addvice of Father Christmas, only for it To go Wronge!!! Customer Srevice told the Television Must Have Been Dropped !!!!!! I Can Assure you the Television Has Not Been Dropped, ( How Do We Know the Television Was Not Dropped in Trantsit!!! ) Poor Daughter Now Thinks Father Christmas Gave Her A loud Off Old Rubbish !!! I Would Never Get Any thing From Cuurys Again. As aTelevision is Only 7 Months Old Should Not Go Wronge ????

an eighty six year old disabled friend bought a washing machine three month's ago and it broke over a week ago and they can't repair till august and they refuse to replace it disgusting, customer service deplorable this was from Newark branch
