Everything. I bought a 43 inch smart tv, in six months owning this set it has been back for repair 3 times, it is still not right and they are now refusing to do anything about it. And the chap on the complaint counter at the Blackpool store accused me of lying. Totally unacceptable I will never set foot in their stores again and would advise anyone considering going to them to seriously reconsider. I walked out of the store without the tv. My next stop is trading standards.

Money taken, delivery date given. Order arbitrarily cancelled by Currys, despite Order Confirmation, which they stipulate is when the contract is created. Very poor!

worst customer service misrepresenting deals and delivery company useless too! bought a cooker online only, waited 3 weeks to deliver on the way it got smashed by delivery company. then I had phone call explaining that we will resend it tomorrow all you need to do is to go the the shop and re book it. As you can guess nothing happened, so few days later i did made phone call to find out why it takes so long and then been told you need to wait another 3 weeks! ok 2 weeks on no confirmed delivery date! So another phone call and guess what it tells them on the system that i had been delivered on original DATE!!!! after 30 mins phone call finally got to the bottom of the issue... and another two weeks wait cooker delivered!!! but another catch its to late to claim cash back!!! as they askeing to supply model number witch you will find inside a cooker! SO WELL DONE CURRYS FOR BEEING WORSTO COMPANY TO SHOP WITH I'LL GIVE YOU -5* FOR IT

I purchased a KitchenAid food processor at the Newport South Wales Harlech Retail Park branch. It cost £149 and I was very excited about it because I had wanted one of these for a long time and was spending saved Christmas and birthday money. First problem was finding someone to serve me as there were none on the shelf. I eventually purchased it and went on my way. After about 3 weeks the processor started to go faulty. It would work or not work, intermittently, then after about 5 weeks it stopped altogether. Unfortunately this was outside Curry's 30-day return time limit. I returned it to the store and they offered me a repair. Here's where it all started to go very wrong. I stated that I was unhappy with the product, it was faulty and I wanted to exchange it for a new one or have a refund. They refused, saying they were entitled to one repair chance. They rang KitchenAid and booked a return and repair. The customer service assistant even told me to go and pack it up and take it to a DPD pickup point myself!! I protested at this and they agreed to do it as "DPD are here every day anyway!!" I emailed Customer Service at Curry's when I got home and complained about the experience I had. A week later I had a reply saying that they were sorry my product had gone faulty and that as I had passed the 30 day return limit I had to be satisfied with a repair only. If they could not repair it they would see what they could do but I would not get a refund at all even if they could not repair it. Surely this contravenes the Sale of Goods Act? The processor has returned from KitchenAid in the meantime. It does work now, until you try to use the slicing/grating blade - then any pressure at all on it and it cuts out. How on earth are you supposed to slice or grate without pressure? Seems I'm stuck with a product that does not do what I wanted it to - and for £149 that's an expensive mistake. I'm never buying anything from them again. Ever.

I bought a washing machine and promised I would receive call the same evening to confirm delivery the following day. No call received. I emphasised that I would not be home for an monday am delivery and was told I could have pm delivery. When I got home I checked answer phone to find the message that the driver rang at 9am to comfirm delivery within 30mins. I contacted call center on 5pence / minute line and after waiting 8 mins I was told that we could have delivery on Wed a.m. Again I told them a.m delivery was no good and would need to be p.m. I called into local store and asked them to rearrange delivery and was told after they had trouble with service staff delivery would be wed p.m. and would receive an evening call to confirm this. NO CALL. I checked on web site to find delivery was a.m. I rang again (5p/min line) at 08:30 and told the person that the delivery was no good and was assured that as they were delivering in the area if I was home by 11am I would get delivery. Complete fabrication. I rang AGAIN after having half day off work and no washer at 13:30 and was told that there would be no delivery as I had said I would not be in. These people ignore your delivery requests and arrive when they can be bothered whether convenient or not. A complete waste of my time. Next step is back to the store and demand a full refund plus cost of all calls (45 mins minimum at 5p/min) from their only available number that I can find. My advise based on this purchase is to shop elsewhere until Currys get their act together and introduce a customer service that is for the customer.

I bought a washing machine on 27/06/17 but my first choice, a Hotpoint (on show in the shop) was not available as there were 278 people awaiting delivery of this particular item. My next choice was another Hotpoint (no longer available) why have them on show? I eventually settled on a Logic to be delivered on Friday 30th. Delivered but delivery men could not fit as machine kept filling up. Called engineer who couldn't come til Tuesday 5th and fitted a new part to get it to work. Honestly a brand new machine and it was broken and I had to have it repaired before I used it. A new machine!!!!! Not a good advert for Logic or Currys. I don,t feel it is a new machine as I had to have it repaired before it could be used. Will think twice before I buy anything there again

Ordered a Washing Machine using their 'in stock locally' online system. Selected next day delivery and paid only to get a confirmation email changing delivery to 3 days later. No explanation, no apology and no contact from customer service after 3 emails from myself. Absolutely useless. I was a returning customer, but not anymore!

Ordered and paid for expensive cooker back in jan/feb. Was contacted days later to say that the manufacturers did not make it anymore. Had to fight to get my refund. Terrible customer services. Now same item is back on the website. "Live chat" however claim they cannot answer questions about items on the website. What is the point? Seems I have to order and pay for this again, just to see if it exists. Don't think so.

I would have give them Zero star if had an option. Rubbish customer services and delivery information. We ordered a fridge freezer and were given half a day of slot for delivery. when called no information what so ever was given about the driver and after the time slot was over and we still didn't get our delivery and called back we were told driver is stuck in traffic in some where London (we live in Surrey) and have rescheduled the delivery. Its frustrating that they think everyone is free and they gave us no information despite given the delay. If they would have enquired before hand it would have saved us few hours. All they said we cannot help you every time we called them and they you need to reschedule if the driver doesn't turn up. What kind of after sales/ customer services is It?

Zanussi Tumble Dryer went wrong on 22nd may came and repaired belt, it never worked properly after that, hot in the middle of clothes and not drying the outer then whistling then noise then not spinning, came out again and I was told the wrong belt had been fitted, so reordered a correct belt came today and sent the same size so engineer proceeded to fit a jockey wheel for an hour and then reordered the correct one, when I phoned and reminded them I have a policy that replaces if it is not fixed in 2 weeks I was told that went from today, a total swizz always buy from domestic and general aftercare they send the proper manufacturer, I would never buy an aftercare from knowhow again, the engineers are at the point of between could not care less and rudeness, avoid these people and aftercare sales it is a complete scam.

Ordered a graphite grey washing machine and the KNOW HOW TEAM TURNED UP with a white one. No apologies or goodwill gesture offered. Too bad we filmed them bringing the wrong machine so will make all other customers aware of this. Currys Pcworld should be ashamed to treat customers like this. Dated 20th June 2017

The van has broken down apparently,it also broke down the last time you were supposed to deliver a different appliance last time, this a clearly a call centre excuse which will be used for a number of other reasons I'm guessing other excuses may have also been told is that the delivery crew have been involved in an RTA or the driver has been taken ill and had to return home etc etc, sound familiar???

Sold my tv even though I had it reserved as click and collect. They even then tried to charge me a delivery fee. Rubbish customer service. Initially they told me that they didn't answer complaints and the compensation they offered me didn't even cover the parking and all the phone calls I had made chasing them up.
