I called customer service and been answered quickly but after going through the reason of my call, the lady told me to hold on a moment...so I’ve waited for 1 hour, then I hang out the phone 🤯 Curry’s, you may want to improve your customer service while you still have customers. Personally, I won’t ever shop from you again.

Ordered a undercounter freezer on the 22nd of May. Have received no indication of when or where the freezer will be delivered. Online registration says my order doesn't exist. Customer service either ignored, cut me off or passed on knowing full well no one will answer. Took my money straight away on the day I ordered but when I finally said that I wanted to make a formal complaint, the person I spoke to couldn't find my order and said he would ring me back. Staff clearly working from home and resulted in poor connection and background noise of family home. Shoddy customer service excused by staff as to do with the covid virus. Trying to email or contact starts never ending cycle again so left extremely upset and annoyed.

Been trying to replave a broken coffee machine that I have a care plan on. 3 messages and 6 hours on the phone later and I have have been ignored and hung up on and told that I need to contact manufacturers, even though they are still charging me for the care plan! The worst thing is I can order a replacement for next day if I'm willing to pay again but they can't send me one on the care plan they continue to charge me for

Bought a lap top bag online on 17th April, its now 5th June but I cannot get through to them, o phone every 2 days for 2 hours without speaking to representative who can help. They do not have an email for us to contact, its either phone or by post.

I purchased a Dell G3 laptop for my son six months ago, After four months of light use it refused to turn on. I returned the laptop to Currys under their warranty but they returned it as they claimed it was caused by water ingress, however a local pc repairer could find no evidence. I then arranged an out of warranty repair with Dell and was quoted £400 for a new screen and keyboard however after you they the laptop for almost two months it was returned unrepaired because they could not source the parts. I am surprised that a laptop that is still on sale at the present moment is no longer supported, is this even legal?? I understand during the current climate that production is delayed however I made it expressly clear that I was prepared to wait for as long as it would take. My son now has to complete all of his home schooling during this pandemic on a ten inch tablet. Very dissapointed.

They simply deserve to go out of business. I have purchased 5 items in the past 2 years - every-time problems - the Team Know How are appalling. Never again.

Bought a washing machine on the 8th May, the machine is over heating the engineer came out and said it needs replacing, told me to get in touch with Curry’s for a replacement, have tried for a weeks to get in touch with Curry’s, without success, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with, I will never shop with them again.

On the 28th may this year my dad ordered a american style fridge freezer at the cost of £530 he was charged for to he also paid £40 Next day deliveryanyway they only left us with the one saying a refund would take 5 days well he is still waiting then after plugging the new one in well it didnt work and after numerous phone calls on hold for 2 hours a time then to be cut of even live chat was a joke your customer service is the worst i have ever come across my dad needs his refund and a replacemant asap as he has to keep is medication at a temp he is forced to put his meds in a fridge thats used for fishing maggots this is unacceptable and yoy need to sort this befire i take it further

ordered washing machine fitted and old one removed.It arrived but they said couldnt fit and would leave on doorstep. As I,m 75 I said no and they took it away.I asked for a refund.Since then I have sent 13 e mails and received 13 automatic replies telling me they will respond in 6 days.Nothing from them at all so I have now got barclaycard on the case for a refund.Will NEVER deal with currys again !!!

I cancelled my order 3 weeks ago (CUR2076734650) and no one has contacted me about the refund, even though I was told - what can I do????? Just to confirm - my order was NEVER delivered as it was cancelled (confirmation on text message received). I was told you would get in touch with me within 5 days and no one did, and I still haven't received the refund. PLEASE HELP!

I attempted to order a device and received a system error message and so I tried again using a different browser...same again. OK, I'll order it via another supllier...minutes later I receive two order confirmation emails! Called today and waited 91 minutes to get through to their Customer Service Department! Then I receive this... Dear Customer, I was concerned to learn that you wish to cancel your order. Our systems show that your order has now been dispatched and I would like to offer you the following options for returning the unwanted goods. Firstly, the goods may be returned to your local store where a refund can be arranged, providing you have your receipt, (if item is stocked in store). Secondly, If you contact us on 0344 561 1234 we can arrange for collection. Finally, if the delivery is refused, the goods will be returned to us and a refund will be automatically processed. Refunds will be credited as soon as the goods have been received in our warehouse, which may take 7-10 working days. Please note you will not be able to refuse delivery of Royal Mail parcels so these will need to be returned to store or collected. Shocking service. I honestly will never use them again.

On the 21st of April 2020 I ordered KENWOOD - KSBSX17 American-Style Fridge Freezer, on watching curries online videos for delivery inform me that this fridge freezer would be delivered to the room of my choice this was the main reason I ordered. everything was going well delivery day coming ring at the door and that’s where it was left dumped outside the front door delivery driver refusing to coming in even though I was informed by curries it will be delivered to the room and my choice. I contacted resolver on the 26th April 2020 and so far Curry’s as not replayed.

Paid for a Saturday delivery nothing all day not even a call from Curry's with some pathetic excuse although bi did I have a call the day before the failed delivery trying to sell me an extended warranty? Put the sales team in the lorry delivering they are more efficient.....

Absolute disgrace. Ordered a set of headphones to be delivered in 48 hours. Royal Mail returned them to store as they were not addressed properly. 14 days later, still no delivery so official complaint made. Surprise surprise - no reply. I paid through PayPal so have asked for a refund - NEVER AGAIN

Received faulty laptop. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and after many hours and days trying I have not been able to speak to anyone to get it replaced. I thought I was safe buying from a big company, how wrong I was. I should have checked all the bad reviews they have before buying. Maybe they should spend less on tv adds and more on customer service. Avoid this company. I have lost over £800 to them and have no way to get it back.

I was issued with some codes for… I was issued with some codes for replacement of goods that were unrepairable. These can not be used on line so was told eventually after 5 hours of telephone conversations that gift card codes would be issued in place of original codes. Was told that an email had been sent to relevant department and I would have codes by my birthday in 2 days. Warned it could take up to 72 hours and to keep an eye on email, junk etc. 7 days later, 4 emails, 7 more calls over 4 hours and still no codes. Every single person of the 13 people I spoke to TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT. The service is absolutely ABISMAL. Worst customer service I have ever come across in my 53 year. Avoid Currys PC World like the Plague !!!! Their Tech Guys are hopeless too and have lost a number of our appliances. They don't treat your appliances with care once they take them away. I have had my laptop put into the cab on the truck dashboard or seat more times than I care to mention. You get put on hold for ages and then they cut you off so you have to start all over again with another incompetent person. Can not think of one good thing to say about the tech guys or Currys PC world 'customer Service' they do not know what Customer Service is....all you ever get if "I can only apologise !" I do really think that is all they can do !!!!!

Terrible! After paying for a care plan for a year, they couldn't repair my faulty computer for over a month. Then they tell me to pay for the computer part myself and I would receive a refund. After going back and forth for a few more months they send me a cheque in the wrong name (rendering it useless). It's been nearly a year now and every time I call it's a long irritating waste of time on the phone only for them to send a wrong name cheque again. Not a trustworthy company at all. They clearly couldn't care less about their customers. Avoid and avoid wasting your money on their care plan scam!!

I recently returned a kettle I bought from Currys, received an email from Currys on 15th of May that they have processed my refund & even after 12 days I am yet to receive my refund? Email them, no response from them, so rang customer service numerous time, operator offered to put me through the concerned department but left on hold with music or ringing tone? Longest I agave stayed was 01 hour & 32 minutes? Even after that they didn’t know what is happening with my refund? I don’t think I have ever had worst customer service then this. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again.
