Paid for a Saturday delivery nothing all day not even a call from Curry's with some pathetic excuse although bi did I have a call the day before the failed delivery trying to sell me an extended warranty? Put the sales team in the lorry delivering they are more efficient.....

Absolute disgrace. Ordered a set of headphones to be delivered in 48 hours. Royal Mail returned them to store as they were not addressed properly. 14 days later, still no delivery so official complaint made. Surprise surprise - no reply. I paid through PayPal so have asked for a refund - NEVER AGAIN

Received faulty laptop. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and after many hours and days trying I have not been able to speak to anyone to get it replaced. I thought I was safe buying from a big company, how wrong I was. I should have checked all the bad reviews they have before buying. Maybe they should spend less on tv adds and more on customer service. Avoid this company. I have lost over £800 to them and have no way to get it back.

I was issued with some codes for… I was issued with some codes for replacement of goods that were unrepairable. These can not be used on line so was told eventually after 5 hours of telephone conversations that gift card codes would be issued in place of original codes. Was told that an email had been sent to relevant department and I would have codes by my birthday in 2 days. Warned it could take up to 72 hours and to keep an eye on email, junk etc. 7 days later, 4 emails, 7 more calls over 4 hours and still no codes. Every single person of the 13 people I spoke to TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT. The service is absolutely ABISMAL. Worst customer service I have ever come across in my 53 year. Avoid Currys PC World like the Plague !!!! Their Tech Guys are hopeless too and have lost a number of our appliances. They don't treat your appliances with care once they take them away. I have had my laptop put into the cab on the truck dashboard or seat more times than I care to mention. You get put on hold for ages and then they cut you off so you have to start all over again with another incompetent person. Can not think of one good thing to say about the tech guys or Currys PC world 'customer Service' they do not know what Customer Service is....all you ever get if "I can only apologise !" I do really think that is all they can do !!!!!

Terrible! After paying for a care plan for a year, they couldn't repair my faulty computer for over a month. Then they tell me to pay for the computer part myself and I would receive a refund. After going back and forth for a few more months they send me a cheque in the wrong name (rendering it useless). It's been nearly a year now and every time I call it's a long irritating waste of time on the phone only for them to send a wrong name cheque again. Not a trustworthy company at all. They clearly couldn't care less about their customers. Avoid and avoid wasting your money on their care plan scam!!

I recently returned a kettle I bought from Currys, received an email from Currys on 15th of May that they have processed my refund & even after 12 days I am yet to receive my refund? Email them, no response from them, so rang customer service numerous time, operator offered to put me through the concerned department but left on hold with music or ringing tone? Longest I agave stayed was 01 hour & 32 minutes? Even after that they didn’t know what is happening with my refund? I don’t think I have ever had worst customer service then this. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again.

item did not get delivered, can't get in touch with anyone at Currys. Customer Service is non existent. So no goods and no refund disgraceful I will never shop with them again

Sold me an item and took payment even given delivery date. Goods failed to be delivered on date allocated. No one contacted me. Despite numerous phone calls, which no one answers, emails which never get a response and chat messages. Curry’s have failed to return my money. Disgraceful customer service. Even during this lockdown other companies have fulfilled orders I have placed online.

I purchased a Lenovo tablet that arrived faulty. So I sent it back and requested a refund. I have received an email to say they are sending a replacement which i do not want. I have tried every day to make contact with curry’s and have been on the phone for hours ... very poor service Curry’s i expected more from a Company as large as yours. No available email address and no phone contact. I will not be using you again !!!

Trying to return a faulty laptop, only option is to call by telephone, tried this 3 times now each time they simply hang up rather than deal with the issue. I would give them zero stars if I could, kept me waiting up to 2 hours only to hang up, shame on them, good job I paid by credit card, terrible company, awful customer "service" and please avoid at all costs.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Tv was under 1 year warranty, broke and was returned to store in Sligo, Ireland, in February. It is now May, they never called to say the TV could not be repaired. I had to chase it up by calling several times- calls usually took 2 hours to get through to someone and they either couldn't help, placed me on hold for another hour or hung up. I reached out to them on Facebook, instagram, Twitter. They responded there asking for my details which I gave them, but they never responded. I also wrote a letter to the Sligo store, which got no response. I have called twice a week at least, for the past 3 months and no one can ever help, they just pass it onto someone else. For one phone call I was on hold for 6 hours! Absolutely disgraceful customer service. "Team Knowhow" know absolutely nothing. I was finally given a voucher code, as the TV could not be repaired. The team couldn't tell me how much the code was worth. When trying to redeem code online, it wouldn't work. I feel this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND shopping here. My phone bill from ringing them is extremely high as I was transferred to the UK each time.

Atrocious customer service. Spent four hours on the phone, cut off twice and still stuck with a tablet that is faulty and that I cannot get replaced even though I paid for Instant Replacement Plan. They just use covid as an excuse for not caring a damn

I paid an extra £20 to have my tumbler dryer delivered between 1pm - 5pm. I was going to be out all morning and I wanted to be at home when it arrived. I got home at 12.45pm to find that it had already been delivered. My neighbour said that it had been delivered before 11.30am. This meant that £730 worth of appliance had sat outside my house, near the road, for over 1hr 15mins for anyone to take or damage. If Currys are going to charge extra for a delivery slot then they damn well ought to make sure that is when it is delivered. I tried to contact Currys about this but it is impossible to get through and talk to anyone. I will NEVER buy from them agin, they're a total waste of time.

Contacted Currys via email 4 times, 4 case files 2 phone calls hung up by you prior to talking to me, written to your p o box complete ignored. Extended warranty no paperwork. The code for spotify did not work. Appalling customer services quick to take your money.

Absolute disgrace spent almost 2 hours on hold still cannot speak to anyone regarding a return, no web chat or email just write a letter, they have your money and extra for warranty but you cant use it..a bunch of thieves

Zero stars, they've got £306.91 of my money, no confirmation of my order, no email, no reference number, impossible to contact, I ordered a Dell monitor on April 24, spent hours on phone but when things got to refunds they cut me off, this company is going bust and illegally taking money when they know they can't deliver, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE STEALING OUR MONEY!.

I placed a order with my gift card , the order got cancelled but the money was taken from my gift. I had £745 on it altogether. It took me days to get hold of anyone from customer service and when I did I got put through to so many departments that I lost count. Most of the people I spoke to was so rude and the phone also got cut off a few time’s. When I finally spoke to someone who could assist me I was told that a email would be sent to the relevant department and I would be contacted in the foreseeable future?!?! Can you believe that?? It’s been a week since the money was lost on my gift card and I still don’t know if or when I will get the money back on my card!

Appalling customer service. Brought a fridge over a month and a half ago. Door has a dent on it then the price went down shortly after purchase. Try to contact them but have been on hold for over two hours for the last month, only to be cut off at the end every time. Written to them several times but no answer. Would give no star if there is an option.

Is it really worth renewing INSURANCE on appliances when you can't get no sence out of them when you ring any department, even Know how.They're still sending letters out for you to do so.Our 11month old cooker (needs a repair)do you think we can get them to understand this.Yes its still in guarantee and has insurance paid for each month from our bank.But no we get told ring its manufacturer.What this all about.Do these persons that take these calls from us know their job?

A P P A L L I N G Company!! Seller of second hand goods. I ordered a dishwasher at £450 and when it arrived I could tell it wasn't new. When the replacement arrived I could see the van outside my flat said the driver rang to say they couldn't deliver the new one as their van was too big for my street. (Didn't seem to be a problem last time) Spending many hours on their teamknowgood customer(lack of) service. You pay 5p per minute to wait for hours and then are cut off. DISGUSTING! Currys should hang their head in shame. They have the audacity to say they are giving the best service possible. Truly unbelievable. I have had this second hand machine in my hall for well over a month. Icing on the cake they are now out of stock and won't be getting any new stock. After the pandemic is over I hope this company closes,because I for one will never buy from them ever again. Scum! Total scum. If I could leave no stars I would. Words fail me...
