Absolutely disgusted with the service Curry’s are running throughout the covid-19 period, and believe me when I say I will NEVER be shopping with curry’s again due to being let down. Ordered the wrong printer ink which is my mistake, tried cancelling the order literally the morning after I ordered it, phoned THREE times all well over an hour and a half to be CUT OFF!! Not to mention I could barely hear the woman answering the phone to transfer me to the appropriate line. By the time all this had happened my order was despatched. I tried contacting live chat online to be told they cannot help me because it’s not a large item even after waiting a good 20 mins just for that, I have emailed twice no response, messaged THREE times on Facebook messenger no response. I am going crazy trying to sort this out. No one has this much free time to sit around waiting to be acknowledged by a company. Everyone can understand it’s difficult at the moment but this is truly truly atrocious and curry’s should be ashamed of themselves. If you cant handle the customer service required online due to this pandemic PLEASE stop selling! I do not want to have to go to a curry’s store when this pandemic is over and take this anger out on the store staff as this is not their fault. It’s poor management from the head office and poor customer service from whoever is handling these phone lines.

So far spent 8 hrs over 5 days waiting to get through to Curry's to return a faulty laptop in their 30 day exchange promise. If anyone ever answers, its a store operator that can do nothing except "put you through to the right dept". Then hours more music until they close... Will never buy from Curry's again.

the worst ever waiting time on customer service tel nbr 03445611234!!! On 15May20, I started calling from 9am, held the line for 2hrs, then got cut off suddenly. this way I kept trying every 2hrs thinking that i would be successful to speak to staff at Customer Service but in a total vain!! At 6.30pm, auto voice message says the customer service line is closed!!!!!

Absolutely AWFUL experience, customer service is appalling! I ordered a 32 inch TV the tv was delivered and was damaged and not working, box was also damaged. I must have phoned over 50 times, on hold for hours only to be cut off. I tried web chat, 1 person on there told me they had arranged an exchange and that DPD would collect, and that I’d get an email confirmation, but I didn’t so I went back on web chat to query and another person said exchanges can’t be done through web chat so the first person lied. When I got through on phone (miracle) the guy said he arranged a collection and I’d get a time slot via email, same thing I didn’t get any email! So I called DPD direct and they had no collection on their system. All I want is a refund and there is no one on hand, phone just rings for hours then cuts off. I notice all the good reviews are being responded to (so there are customer service people working) I have also email several time’s one email address is no longer in use and the other (team know how) doesn’t reply! Absolute JOKE of a company they will take your money and then send you damaged goods and no response

Paid in full for a new iPhone 11, and paid to have it delivered on 27 April. It’s now 15 May and still no phone, no refund, no communication. I have tried to contact customer services, over 1 hour wait. I eventually talked to someone who then informed me they would be in touch within 7-14 days. And they could not give a refund until they confirmed they had the phone back. Strange thing is, my lovely DPD person said he had the phone in his van, but it was recalled to Curry’s. I’m not claiming to be a genius, but as they recalled it, surely they could refund my phone. £884.

We bought a TV in February, after one month the TV had a problem with the software update as we were informed it had to be fix it. On 21st of March they came to collect our TV and since then we have no news, just receiving msgs saying that the piece to fix it is out of stock. When we tried to call, after 2 hour on line and 4 times transferred to someone else that couldn't solve our problem. We have the right of replacement, but there's no how to contact anyone from this company!! Horrible, horrible customer service, if we can even say that they have one! Extremely disappointed!!! Just want the product that I bought and paid for!!!

awful worst company I have ever come… awful worst company I have ever come across ordered a freezer 13th April the site said available you will receive a delivery date on the 16th April , I received no such date and no item has arrived so I called them on the 14/05/2020 waited 1 hour 20 mins which i took on the chin then was told i would get delivery next day, guess what ? nothing no email no text no delivery they still have my money i`m trying to get it back via paypal the only help you can get from them is help to purchase goods once you have payed your doomed, really disappointed as they have left me with no freezer and no money I am stuck with canned food, stay away you have had your warning ! update tried calling again they just do not want to help, my guess is they are going under and they are taking money for good before they do .

Purchased a printer in April changed my mind so trying to return it. 5 phone calls later 2 hours each time and still no answer. Have sent 2 letters into customer service with no reply. The customer service is shoddy, unprofessional and out of its depth. Will never purchase from Currys again

The customer service with Curry’s and Know How are disgraceful we have now been 6 weeks no with no washing machine and can not get any resolution to help get a new one keep getting same old story that they need to send an email and they will get back to us by email in 72 hours and we don’t any correspondence till we phone again shocking service even for during lockdown 🙈

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM DELIVERED. I ordered a television on the 3rd of may this still hasn't been delivered. The delivery company say they delivered it which they did not. In effect stealing my television. I have cctv from 2 houses which prove this delivery didn't take place. I have spent the past 11 days spending hours trying to get through then getting cut of when i do. I have finally spoke to 3 different people all who guaranteed me a telephone would be coming to me this didnt happen. I then got told a manager would call me this didnt happen. I have then tried to call again today after telling me my television would come today and i just keep getting cut off. Its a farce. They have taken my money and clearly have no Intention of delivering me what I have paid for. I want my money back or my television its alot to ask.

Horrible customer service. I need to cancel an order and have been on the phone for about 24 hours trying to speak to them. Rude customer service representatives, who keep transferring you and no one picking up... Will be buying from John Lewis going forward.

9 weeks ago an engineer said a faulty oven could not be fixed in a Senior Citizen household! I now get a code to replace but I must call them. 1 hour 50 minutes later a man answers and sounds unaware of what to do _ so he cuts me off. Customer Care does NOT exist. 9 weeks is appalling. Hang your head in shame.

Pre-ordered a laptop and it said that I had to receive it today (it didn't happen). After 6 hours on hold I managed to contact them and they basically said that I would receive it when I receive it.

Curry’s failed to deliver my oven - 6 weeks ago. Many attempts to contact Currys have been unable to get a reply. They acknowledge and promise to make contact but it never happens. 6 weeks and not any explanation or assistance. CURRYS ARE TOTAL RUBBISH.

After being on the phone over 1 hour and trying to get an answer of my delivery (40 inch sharp tv) i get told that I have to wait for 7 to 14 days while the delivery company holds an investigation before they can give me a solution of re delivery or refund. so within that time I have to wait and being the consumer I;m being penalized on a company (DPD) who did not deliver and cannot find the package a "40 inch tv" on their vans I have to wait while they hold their investigations, I asked to speak to a manager and in between the request he hanged up the phone. 2nd phone call and waited for over 2 hours before I got an answer where I then requested to speak to a manager without explaining the previous issue while he was looking up the line went quiet and boom hanged up, 3rd call I been on the phone from 4pm trying to get through to a manager and the call keeps dropping every 40 minutes. till this point I have not had a solution nor been able to speak to the management team in the curry's to offer me a solution and all I'm looking for now is to get my refund which is turning out as impossible.

Ordered office chair 19th March, which was in stock. Got an email to say chair will be delivered on the 26th March although no tracking number. That’s the last I heard from them. Tried calling multiple times, seven emails and even a letter. Nothing, not even a reply to my email other than useless automated we’ll get back to you in 6 days. Total joke, other companies are managing and it’s worth noting this lot supposed be a tech company. So working from home for 8 weeks with temporary chair. Will eventually get money back and will shop elsewhere from now on.

REFUSING to give refund on a faulty product that has been ‘repaired’ twice and is completely unusable. Do they care about consumer rights? Absolutely not! Will they hang up on you when they’re bored of listening? Absolutely!
