“I found this site on an off chance looking to find something unique to give my fiance. It was all of that and more. The people were very helpful and got back to me as soon as possible, all the questions had a definite answer. The ring itself turned out beautiful, it was everything we imagined it would be and then some. To be able to put as much input into your piece and watch it come to life is worthwhile in itself. Then to finally see the piece when it shows up a day after purchasing was excellent service. I would recommend using this site to many people looking for a special experience when picking out a ring for that special person.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring from CustomMade! I was a little hesitant to buy from an online jeweler initially but my experience was great and I am so glad I choose to work with them. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and communication was excellent. They asked questions and provided different options so that I truly got the ring I wanted. The ring turned out beautiful and I highly recommend Custom Made.”

“I never write reviews but in this case, I just have to. I have been with my now fiance for over 3 years before I popped the question. We are both avid outdoors people and it has been quite central in our relationship. When the time was coming to purchase an engagement ring, I was overwhelmed and not sure what to do. I knew I wanted something that embodied our love of nature as well as the love we have for each other. I knew I wanted something unique and not cookie-cutter or mass-produced. I found Custom Made in a Google search and saw the great reviews and experiences of others. I figured I'd give them a try. And I have to say, I did not regret it. My team was absolutely amazing. They took away the anxiety I felt with picking out a ring. They took the time to make my vision a reality. They worked around my timeframe for having the ring and really went above and beyond for me. They explained everything very well and turned an otherwise stressful buying process into something that was easy, and more importantly, fun! They even made the ring exactly within my budget. When I finally got the ring in, it was absolutely stunning. It came out better than I had hoped. When I proposed, my fiance was absolutely taken aback by its beauty. She called it "perfect". Now, would I recommend Custom Made? I already have to someone else who said they were planning on proposing to their girlfriend. And I will spread the word any chance I get. Thank you to all at Custom Made that made this special moment in our lives even more special :)”

“I have hunted for a signet ring AND purchased 2 signet rings with full disappointment on my purchase. I saw this company and started step-by-step message reviews and as we proceeded through the steps the presentations made me go to the next step, thinking if this ring is the real as presented produce, my future searches would start with Custom Made. I received my ring and will or could find a more beautiful signet in the world... it is more than I expected in my 10-year search for the perfect family ancestral Signet ring. Future custom design in my futre will start with Custom Made”
