“It took way over a year from beginning to end, and the Custom Made team was patient and helpful every step of the way. The end result was beautiful. They listened to every concern I had from shipping times to price to small design changes at the last minute and worked hard to get the ring out before the date I needed it. Overall, a wonderful experience!”

“Helpful every step of the way communication was constant and professional they made it seem like the right ring was more important than getting the sale. They offered constructive criticism towards the ring without trying to pressure any idea upon the customer. Perfect for those planning ahead not the best for an immediate time constraint. But hey it's a life long thing generally take the time it's worth it.”
