“The experience working with Custom Made was great! I admit, in the beginning, I was a little unsure about the process, but they worked with me and were able to answer all the questions I had, even when I was not completely sure what I was looking for. I knew I wanted an engagement ring that had a gem (onyx) that many other jewelry places do not offer. I am very impressed with their designs, creativity, and tenacity in helping customers to find that "perfect" ring. I can't stop staring at it, because it really does feel like "me"!”

“CustomMade was wonderful to work with, from start to finish. I had a rough idea of the elements I wanted in my fiancé's wedding ring, and provided these ideas and some links to designs I liked, as a starting point. The team at CustomMade designed two very cool options, but one really stood out to me. I wanted nautical elements because my fiancé was in the navy, and we liked how an anchor could be used to represent both stability and the usual "ball and chain" reference. We also wanted to include a nod to the North Star, since he has been and continues to be my guiding light. Finally, we included some GPS coordinates that hold significant meaning for us. The design team produced an incredible result that we were both thrilled with. Once we settled on the design, it was smooth sailing from there. On the day of delivery, I was practically sitting by the front door with bated breath...I couldn't wait to see it in person. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. It is phenomenal in every respect, and I am beyond thrilled to have something so beautiful and meaningful to give my love on our wedding day. I can't wait to show it to our family and friends, and I am so glad we chose to go with CustomMade for our experience. I can't recommend them enough; they are wonderful to work with and their quality is incredible. So very happy with my experience.”

“After not being able to find a ring that quite fit my idea of what my girlfriend would love I decided to see about customizing one. From start to finish CustomMade was a great experience. Designing this ring was enjoyable and often times fun. The response time and feedback was great. When I asked for personal opinions about an idea I had they were knowledgeable and neutral, Ultimately leaving the decisions up to me. The customer support team and response time is what made this process so easy, Although stressful at times. I had them draw up ideas and I would change my mind quite frequently. There was never any frustration or deliberation. We stayed on track and they drew up or 3d modeled all of my ideas and changes. I would 10 out of 10 recommend CustomMade to a friend or anyone looking for really unique and thoughtful jewelry. By the way my girlfriend said yes. She absolutely loves her ring. And we couldn’t be more excited for our future together. My ideas came to life with CustomMades awesome team.”

“I could not have asked for a better experience through each step of the process. There was transparency regarding the price, payments, and the differences between options. All of my questions along the way were answered beyond expectation and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or anything. Was actually recommended to go with the cheaper of the options I liked for the center stone, because it would actually look better due to the cut (and other things I am not remembering). The few photos I supplied and descriptions of what I was looking for returned a lovely design. After making a couple little changes they had a rendering of the perfect ring. The end product was exactly what I was hoping for and I’m sure my partner is going to absolutely love it. I was a little hesitant about doing something like this through a website but couldn’t be happier I did.”

“I had an extremely specific commission for Custom Made - a seal ring based on an original design by me, as a very special gift for a loved one. Based on the execution of the first Lollard martyr, it was intended for a partner obsessed with the history of heresy in England in the 14th and 15th centuries. See, specific! The team at CM, from the outset, was really friendly, helpful, approachable and informative. They're great at keeping in touch, making sure you're updated every step of the way, and no question is too small or too stupid, which is incredibly reassuring when you're trusting them with something so important to you! When my commission was first completed, I wasn't at all happy with the result, but without turning a hair, my contact at CM took the project back to the rendering stage and had a second iteration produced which completely fitted the bill. That meant it took a little longer than anticipated, but my goodness! The commitment to providing top-quality service is second to none! The recipient was over the moon with the finished piece, and I can confirm that it works excellently as a seal matrix. I would heartily recommend Custom Made.”

“Working with a team at Custom Made, was so seamless, they reassured me every step of the way! I started working with them several months in advance, on account of I was indecisive about minor details. But they were always so timely and once I made up my mind the process was very quick and the shipping was so fast!! The ring they made for me was difficult to find and they were able to recreate it with only three pictures, my fiancee really really likes it:)”

“As a non-naturally picky person, I was annoyed that I could not find the perfect ring. And if I couldn't find the perfect ring, I knew my fiance would never find something I would love 100%, so we decided to custom create our one-of-a-kind wedding ring and engagement band. I love them both so much! It started with a small sketch that they improved upon. Every step of the process was easy to understand and I always had someone's help along the way. They made multiple sketches, for free, and the final piece came out better than I had hoped even with my various changes to the initial design. I will be recommending CustomMade to any and everyone.”

“I was never able to find a wedding band set that I really liked and decided to look into having my own made. I came across CustomMade and thought it was worth a try. They were able to take a few ideas I had and turn them into a beautiful ring set. I absolutely love my rings and how they came out. I was very informed about every step and what was happening and I was able to easily tweak my design until it was perfect. I had control over the entire process. I couldn't be happier!”

“At first I was very skeptical of working with Custom Made, because there isn’t a whole lot out there about them. However those nerves were quickly put to rest as they worked with me every step of the way of making my fiancés engagement ring. Answered any question I had. Whether it was pricing, size, shape, colors, etc. they had advice and recommendations ready. The staff was kind and always kept me in the loop throughout the process, as well as being quick to respond. I am active duty military so trustworthy and reliable people are big to me. And that is exactly what custom made is. Trustworthy and reliable. Oh and the ring came out AMAZING. Cameron”
