“My partner proposed to me with a cheap little ring with the full intent for us to go shopping and find something that we both liked together. He was worried that he would pick something that I didn't like. We went ahead and shopped around for something but I never saw anything I liked because it wasn't like the cheap one he bought me! Because he is such an amazing fiance he had pretty much picked out my dream ring, but there wasn't a single place that had the same style and designs I wanted in a real ring that would last a lifetime. So I got an idea to look into designing my own ring, and just googled "custom ring maker" and there was custommade. I started the simple questionnaire just to see if this was a real thing and quickly got sucked in. I even googled around to make sure that this was a reputable company (they are). I am telling you they make the process SO EASY. I am so happy I found them. The designer took my ideas and inspiration ring and listened as I asked for what it felt like a million revisions. The designer also had great ideas that I ended up using and now my ring is personalized to us as a couple while also reminiscent of the inspiration ring making it a perfect blend of old and new and special. We have a love of the mountains and he proposed while skiing. I had no idea I could incorporate that into a ring until the designer just popped in a special hidden mountain under the basket and there was my perfect ring. They were so helpful and responsive, sometimes answering within minutes and often the same day. I knew NOTHING about jewelry and stones and diamonds and they laid out all the options and explained it in really simple terms. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me, I was given many cost points and explanations of why something cost what it did. We are very happy with the process. I will share the only issue I had during the process was with the ring sizing kit they sent. they accidentally sent me a kit of all the off sizes, 1/4, 3/4, etc... so I had to guess my size a bit. I had no idea this wasn't normal and that it was an accident. Because the advisors are so responsive I asked for their advice on how to best size myself (I had no idea) they immediately offered to send me a new kit and explained everything I needed to know. This all wasn't really an issue, they offer free resizing up to a year from purchase but wanted to make a point that they are very responsive and quick to set things right. They also give you everything you need to insure the ring and paperwork for the stones and finished piece at the end. I highly recommend this company for your custom-made design!”

My business partner and myself were trying to design something custom to represent a landmark in our business and also something that we could pass on generation to generation that representative families an heirloom. “I wanted to wait until after the proposal/vacation to review. The ring came out fantastic. As expected and the custom touches I added really added to the shock effect. The team was super helpful and maintained constant communication throughout the process. “I had a very unusual ring in mind. Definitely not something you could just go to the store and buy. I was a little worried they wouldn’t be able to understand what I wanted with pure text. They were very patient with trying to get my ring exactly how I wanted it. Even marking a few suggestions that improve my original idea. Normally I would say it was pricey but I only plan to get married once and considering how weird the ring was it came in pretty fairly priced. I would have paid a good bit more. Also shipping was fast. I appreciate that.”

“I loved how patient and flexible CustomMade is. I dont make a lot of money and live check to check so when things got pushed back months upon months. We literally just picked up where we left off like nothing happened and the artist who designs and comes up with what you envision was truly spot on. Unfortunately i cant show off i picture since i have it stashed away until the time is right. Truely a well done job by a company i will be coming back to.”

“They are professional and seem genuinely excited to go through every step in making a custom ring. Very responsive, flexible, and attentive. Even when I changed what I wanted over and over, they did as requested with no pushback. They even dealt with my particular situation with the original engagement ring braking and had no complaints when I requested to do a complete redesign. They even took responsibility for original ring braking. The process is fun and you get a unique piece out of it that you have control over every detail. I will gladly go to Custom Made for any future jewelry ideas and will suggest others do as well.”

“I really loved the methodology used by CM - involving the client in the design process for the ring and making sure that the final product is as personal as possible. I really appreciated the assistance that I got from the entire team - jewelry consultant, gem expert, design lead, production lead - and how they took their time to explain with details the different parts of the process, the available options, and the implications. They also made delivery very simple through an international courier and made sure to warn me about any additional (VAT or customs) fees. I received a final product that was even better than I had envisioned at first and I'm pretty sure that my girlfriend will love her ring. I would strongly recommend CM to anyone who would like to get involved in a process that will show their loved one that they have taken time to think of the best way to really express their love.”

“I started the process and from start to finish it was personalized, quick, easy and transparent. I told them what I was looking for, they sent me a free ring sizer, I requested some intricate details, asked for a special type of stone, they informed me of every decision I made they gave me updated pictures and renderings quick responses and I wouldn't change anything at all. CustomMade is perfect for anyone.”
