“The product is very great and the service is even greater. My ring had to be made a couple extra times because it wasn’t quite how I requested it, and they remade it NO EXTRA CHARGE. I am satisfied with the final product. They don’t provide budget options, minimum price for a sterling silver ring would probably be about $500 considering they specialize in engagement and wedding rings. They also have other products. The people messaging me specialized in what part of the process my project was in and responded within a day unless they told me the office would be closed before. 4 stars for the miscommunication about how I wanted the ring to look but they are a great and extremely trustworthy company. Very professional.”

“When my wife first told me about CustomMade and that I should design a ring for our tenth wedding anniversary, I was very hesitant. I thought “jewelry isn’t my thing. I’m a carpenter. I can make anything out of wood, but I have no business designing a ring.” She showed me many pictures of different things she liked in rings. With these overwhelming ideas, I reluctantly sent my first message to CustomMade. What followed was well beyond anything I expected, simply because good customer service seems to be unheard of these days. My first response was from Matt, who quickly welcomed me in. We went over a few thoughts and ideas. Before I knew it, I had some sketches from Mehr which were the beginning of those ideas becoming a reality. I was hooked. Each new message became a little piece of sunshine. I was truly designing a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry for my wife (with the help of my CustomMade team, of course). I have never been good at buying gifts. I think it’s just in male DNA. Once we had the sketches down, Will helped me pick the perfect gems. My wife is very quirky about numbers. No odd numbers, no prime numbers, they must have a square root, etc. We took all of this into consideration during the initial design and with Will’s help choosing the right diamonds and accent stones. All I knew about diamonds was that they are hard, and they are good for cutting tile. With Will’s knowledge, I quickly learned clarity, cut, color, carat, lab vs. mined, and where I could make compromises based on the design of the ring. India took over next with design and 3D renderings. I finally got to see my design in 3D! After making some fine-tuning adjustments, the ring came to life. Sure, it’s an inanimate object, but it now had a heartbeat thanks to India’s attention to detail. Finally, production. Marie filled me in every step of the way while the ring was being made, and even after the ring arrived on the day of our anniversary. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone involved made me feel like I was important to them. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and personable. I know there are many others behind the scenes. I honestly feel that every person involved is a true professional, and master at each of their individual roles at CustomMade. As for the ring, the quality is absolute perfection. By designing a custom ring for my wife, she has a gift with actual meaning. Not just something pre-made that I bought at the last minute. She absolutely loves the ring, and I am proud to have her wearing it. I can’t imagine ever shopping at a jewelry store again. I’ve often wondered what this ring would cost if I did get it from a store, because I feel like I got it for a steal! From the bottom of both our hearts, we thank you all at CustomMade! Even with breaks between communication once I came back they were responding and understanding. They worked with me on all the changes and designs to best create not only what I was looking for but even more than that. “My experience with custom made was nothing short of amazing. Definitely a 6/5 star experience for me. The main thing that made my experience stellar is that the amount of flexibility that the team had with me and my idea was amazing. I felt like they were dead set on making my engagement ring perfect. This made me feel at ease and more comfortable with doing everything online. I also loved that I was given a lot of information on every step of the process. They answered all 20-30 of my questions and if need be are still ready and prepared to answer any questions I may have even after I’ve received my ring. They presented me with pictures, descriptions, and paragraphs breaking down all of the information I could possibly need for the ring process. I definitely felt like I made a great decision going with custom made as my ring turned out better than I could’ve imagined and my fiancé loves it. Every day since she’s gotten it she’s gotten compliments about it.”

“My overall experience with CustomMade was great. All consultations were informative and helped to choose the next steps for the design. The final design turned out great and my fiancee loved it! “I had wanted to create a custom ring for years and was worried about cost and personalization with handling this type of request. With Custom made, I was able to send them pictures of comparable rings with detail explanation and receive drawn pictures and images of the ring that I was helping create. The customer service was amazing, as I was literally designing my dream ring with an artist. Given a price range, I was able to understand what materials would be used and was involved in the process all the way to shipping.”
