“I ordered a rose gold signet ring and I could not be more pleased with the result. CustomMade helped me every step of the way and even made suggestions when I wanted to include a short motto that could not fit on the ring face. I received my ring promptly and now I proudly display it on my index finger. I just love it!”

“Every part of this process was made easy by the team here. They stayed in touch with me and explained everything very well. I had to leave for work with no way of talking they put my project on hold tell i could continue. It was like nothing happened they are amazing people and did a amazing job. I have already told a alot of people who I work with about them and recommend this to anyone looking for a one of a kind ring. Price was in my budget and worked with me to make sure I was still getting the best. Amazing job”

“I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from CustomMade. The folks at CustomMade took every single question I had and answered it, as well as made every change I wanted to see in a 3D model. The engagement ring was a really in depth process for me and they were very helpful and willing to make any and every change I wanted or even just wanted to see. For the wedding band, they were able to source Montana specific gems that I really wanted to use. Because they had all the models for the engagement ring they were able to to tightly fit the band to the engagement ring without having to send in the engagement ring. The overall helpfulness and willingness to make changes really sold me on using them. Also as a guy who works a lot and doesn't have time to go into a jewelry store again and again to make changes in design CustomMade was a great way for me to design everything and have all the input I wanted right from my phone.”

“I was thrilled with the experience of the design process as well as the final rings that I received. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and professional, despite me being somewhat picky about things. They were very accommodating of my questions and concerns. Most importantly, she said “yes!” My fiancé loves the engagement ring and matching wedding band, adores the fact that it is custom and that I was a part of the design process. That only would've been possible with Custom Made, so I am very greatful.”

“I am one of those individuals that when it comes to purchasing a piece of jewelry, I have to see it in person. Buying something online and entrusting a team was something I was not comfortable with, especially during the process of creating my future wife’s engagement ring. Custom made made me a believer. They took my hand (metaphorically) and guided me with each and every step of the process. The design team is easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests with exceeded expectations. “Going into the ring buying process doesn't sound easy and it sure isn't. But I am glad I stumbled onto custom made's website. The process was smooth, and communication with employees was reliable and quick. Not to mention, of course, is the final product which turned out way better than I could've hoped going into this process. I would recommend anyone to try out this service as it turned what was a daunting task into a straightforward and engaging process. Overall a trustworthy site with tons of customization options at affordable prices!”

“Everyone involved in the project was very helpful. The samples were great for putting ideas into words with my very limited prior knowledge of rings and details. They worked with me every step, from the stone to specific cuts and explained clearly differences for pricing, cuts, lab grown vs natural, and how some options affected others along the way (like beveling). They offered a payment plan if necessary to make the purchase easier and easily let me reschedule delivery when i realized i would be out of town that week. Overall, it was a great experience and i'm excited to propose with the ring they made me.”

“After almost 5 years of dating my future fiance/wife, I knew I had to start looking for the engagement ring that would be perfect for her. But after many many months of searching I just could not find the "right" ring. I had started to lose hope because I didn't want to settle on a ring. She deserved the best one possible and one that fits who she is. It had come to my realization that i would need to get this custom made but everywhere I searched they only offered this service at an unreasonable price. Then I had found Custommade. Seeing all the testimonials and how great their pieces came out really gave me confidence in reaching out to them. At first I was skeptical because I had always thought that creating a custom engagement ring was going to be extremely out of my budget. But everyone helps you out and works with YOUR budget to get the perfect piece created for you. Those who helped me throughout the process were kind, realistic, and honest about the whole project. They were so knowledgeable providing information from types of diamonds to the color and clarity of the gems themselves. They helped me with the design process as well, helping me point out the things my fiance loves and put it together with the style of ring i know she wanted. After some time, the piece arrived at my house and i could not be more amazed at the quality and the looks of it. I cannot wait to propose to her and blow her away at this creation. All i have left to say is thank you!”
