“My experience with CustomMade was superb. I had a specific idea for a signet ring; they replicated the image I uploaded and fabricated a stunning piece for me. They offer a mixed metal option (white gold ring with a gold face), which I hadn't seen elsewhere, and which is really eye-catching. The design process was smooth, the team being very responsive to my ideas and questions. Communication (all on-line) was steady and informative all the way through the process of fabrication and shipment. I recommend CustomMade without qualification for any piece of custom jewelry one has in mind.”

“Everyone who helped with the production of the ring was really helpful and patient throughout the process. They didn’t rush me on making a purchase and only proceeded when I was ready. “I worked with CustomMade to create a new ring for my husband on our 10-year wedding anniversary. His original ring was not very unique to him and I wanted him to have a nice piece of Jewelry. When I couldn't find anything in the stores or online, I came across CustomMade, and It was the best choice I made. The team I worked with helped me create a piece that was perfect for him and so unique that I know it was just for him. He loves his new ring and I am so happy I was able to have this piece created for him”

“I always wanted to create a ring for my wife, something totally unique. Found this site and started out discussing the build and type of stones that I wanted. Found it very easy and the most satisfying experience ever . The personnel were very informative and just awesome to work with . The ring was absolutely gorgeous , the wife cried when she got to open the package and try on the ring . I would highly recommend this site to anyone who would like anything custom . “I had the pleasure of working with Mika, Kevine and Nix (respectively) from start to finish of my piece. I will try to discuss every aspect of my experience. Mika first contacted me after showing interest in getting a “CustomMade” ring. She was very responsive and worked with me through getting my idea on paper. Kevine, who I spent the most time corresponding with, was there to fine out the details for my piece. Of note, Kevine rendered maybe five or more digital designs for my piece and he was extremely patient. Every design, up to the last, was off the mark to the point I wasn’t sure if I was receiving the artwork for my ring. However, after what I thought was a solid description and some shoddy Microsoft paint on my part, Kevine worked with me through everything and got my design to exactly what I envisioned. Big thanks to Kevine for being patient as we went on for weeks with his team changing digital designs and me denying them. Lastly, Nix was the final production man for my ring, he kept me appraised and educated me on the process up until the ring was complete. If you notice in my “Quality and Design,” I put a four star review. The only issue, though small, I have with my ring is the epoxy coating and/or the raised lion. Either the epoxy was too high, or the raised gold lion too low, as the jaw of the lion is cut off by epoxy making it appear to me more as an Arabic horse rearing than a lion. Even with that small imperfection I am still in awe of CustomMade’s process and work on my ring.”
